We had a completely seamless and fun experience. Our guide, Putu, was punctual, knowledgeable, and very nice. The temples were beautiful, and we even got to stay later to watch the 6:30pm fire dance at Tanah Lot. Thanks Putu!

Well, first of all I have already been in Tanah lot before, temple is amazing so I wanted to show it to my family and had some expectations
By the description of the tour it say that a company provide you with
1. A/c car. Mm all the way to the temple in the day time it was just a little bit better than outside
But as we had and a driver and a guide in the front , I had to sit on the third row as some of my family members sit on the second and had almost no air there.
2. Free Wi-Fi? No idea why you write it
3. Cold mineral water- nope, hopefully I always have with me as a travel with a child, but in general you should have 4 bottle waters for us before we sit in a car, this is how other companies do
4 and the most important and disappointing from all, English speaking guide.
I have no idea why we have both driver and guide, if non of them can speak a good English.
No complaints about the driver, he did his job, but the guide speak a very poor English and I got so tired to understand him, as after every 3-5 words he says “yeah, yeah,yea”,
He couldn't answer on some of our questions if they were out of basic English. Don’t get me wrong, of course he has some knowledge but for sure not for a job as a guide.
5. It’s funny also that it says here that guide can also take a picture. I don’t know what he did with my iPhone, but picture of us was just totally white
Overall
I couldn’t understand a guide at all sometimes
He told us that we can take a picture from the top but we shouldn't go down there
Where most of the people are, as no time for this ( I was confused why, as we drive there through the traffic pretty long), and then after suddenly he offer us to wait for 30 min for a sunset 🤷🏼♀️
In the end, amazing temples, driver fine
Guide friendly but nothing more,
I would better ( and cheaper) book a private car and go there for as long as I want ( as in the end we didn’t go to the entrance) than this tour, nothing that it describes has been provided.

Thank you very much for your time to write the review regarding the half day Tanah lot temple tour. we have seriously making investigation following any kind of issue that we are facing during the tour and activity we have provided. After read all of your feedback, we have take a point of positively that our driver and guide is presented their best following the tour, but what the negative we can proved that you did don't listen to our guide. and this case make our guide feel not comfortable during the tour as you keep inform him that you have been to visit the Tanah Lot temple, and multiple time you have mentioned to him as what we have talked face to face to our guide after we received the review. the price of the tour we have listed two different price which is included entrance and excluded entrance that can be an options when you book the tour, the price we have published is standard rate which is we can proved match with the route of the journey and distance. since you did don't listen to our guide, all the trip is seem to be messed up, Water bottle is provided, but when our guide trying to offers, you have informed him that you don't need because you still have it with your own water bottle and that is the explain from our guide directly. WiFi in the car we have installed the router stick that spread and broadcast the great signal and before we have release a job paper to the car in order the wifi we have checked that is working properly, may it low signal when it goes to jungle area since less radio signal router received. the password wifi is appear on front seat on each car we provided, is big password sticker on every seat that you have to input the code then you can connect to wifi, the guide has been trying to explain you but you did don't listen. and what the last point that we got recorded, why the picture that our guide took for you meet with the white blurry picture, its because the phone you have asked our guide to take the picture is seem to old. even our guide have to ask again to remove some picture on the device since the memory on the device is full. you may need to upgrade the camera on the phone to get better picture, and traffic issue in canggu main road on the way to Tanah lot temple is kind of classic issue that everyone have to pass by when it goes to Tanah lot temple from southern part of Bali. there is thousand of scooter pass small road every day there and we have to be more patient and recorded that you have started from Jimbaran Southern Bali, that may take some time to drive to go to Tanah Lot Temple, unless using helicopter it may be faster and in the ends of your feedback mentioned nothing described we have provided and i think that is little bit over exaggerated with those word, you have taken to visit all attractions on listed itinerary and little head scratcher with AC Car, you mentioned the inside car is better then out side since out side is bit hot, then that mean air conditioner is work. and we really hope you did don't expect that we drive the car to the temple directly since every temple has parking site where a limit the vehicle able to access. Sunset, our guide is also trying to present a maximum he can do to escort you, even trying to offer you going down the hill to visit the holy water area and cave at the Tanah Lot temple, and also asked if you like to visit the sunset point and wait for the sunset at Tanah lot temple, and also we have reported at Taman Ayun he also informed you the prediction time for sunset. over all, the positive we have recorded that seem you have known more then what we know as the local native here, and completely did don't listen to our guide and of course on that case our guide have no chance to explain on every site visited. once again thank you very much and if you have any other question please feel free to contact us anytime.

Our guide was very friendly and an excellent driver. The stops and sites were excellent: batik factory, coffee/tea tasting and beautiful temple setting. The traffic was terrible and drive longer than expected; so travelers need to plan accordingly to get back to ship on time. Spent about 4.5-5 hours driving; this did give us a opportunity to see more of Bali’s streets and life.

Gusti was a nice tour guide. Private car just you and your group. I was traveling alone and had a nice conversation with Gusti. Loved the backroads he took, it gave me a much better take of the local culture while avoiding traffic.
