Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Stoney Creek was our 1st experience ziplining and it was beyond our expectations with one zip being over a quarter mile over a beautiful pond with lilies. Zach & Chelsea were above and beyond professional and very attentive. Both have fantastic personalities. I would recommend this zip line to anyone who is up for an adventure.

Way out of my comfort zone, wondering what the hell!! And yet the guides were so confident, positive. And professional that I decided to trust they had our back! My 11 year old granddaughter was a natural. I highly recommend this company!!!

Staff was amazing! We went as a family and everyone had an amazing time! My daughter has never tried the zip line and was terrified and conquered her fear with the help of the guides!! It was awesome!

It was awesome. Zac and Nate were great guides. I took my 76 yr old aunt along and she loved it. She had the time of her life. The smile on her face told it all. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Not the typical zip line your. LOTS of fun!! Sarah and Mak Attack were AWESOME!! They were encouraging and friendly!
