This trip was excellent. The guide was extremely knowledgable, patient and kind to his older, much slower customer. His spoken and comprehension of English was brilliant. Make sure you take a hat and plenty of water as it is extremely hot out in the open. Our only problem seemed to be with getting confirmation of pick up times although this information was received late the evening before following emailed requests by us.

Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide was Mr Onn Leng. He was full of information. He knew his stuff and was able to fill us in on all things Cambodian - not only about Angkor Watt - which is a MUST SEE, if you're in Siem Reap, but about its rich history and culture. Must give a shout out to our Tuk-Tuk driver who saw us safely to all the destinations.

The tour itself was wonderful. Angkor Wat was an astonishing find for historic reasons and a financial boon to the country for tourism. However my tour was really a mess of confusion as someone keyed my tour wrong or they changed the inclusions after I booked a different tour. The guide insisted for me to purchase entrance tickets after I had already paid for them in full. After traveling all that way to see Angkor Wat I paid again in the hopes Viator would make good on the error. After returning home I sent them an e-mail explaining the mess up. Very quickly they replied with an apology and said they would refund my second ticket purchase. They did the right thing. Go and enjoy the beauty and culture of Cambodia.

Very hard to confirm booking the day before as the number that was given was in Vietnam not Siem Reap. Tour guide arrived on time but we were told there was someone else to be picked up she had a different starting time to us so we had to wait for her. We had half day tour and hers was a full day tour tour guide tried to get us to change ours but I said no. Guide didn't speak very good English was not very informative we had another tour guide the day before who was great but with another company. Street food tasting we didn't get any of that tour said up to 8 hours didn't take anywhere near that time I would recommend finding another company .

My guide Mr. Navin was amazing in every way, so thrilled to take this half day tour and still see the most important sights and miss the mass crowds, well spoken, well educated and he was totally enjoyable, he even assisted me in taking more photos since i had 2 cameras with me. Mr. Navin...remember that name, he is the one to ask for. Thank you Viator. Only had 1 day. He made it work to see all the important sights.
