Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Do not do business with this tour company. Before our trip, I paid City Tours for tickets to Cloud Forest & Flower Dome. In return, City Tours emailed a voucher which read, “ Please present this Viator voucher at the redemption point to receive your entry ticket.”. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the ticket office at 9:00 a.m. when the venue opened (to beat the crowds since it was the weekend) the ticket agent said she couldn’t accept the voucher because it was missing a QR code. So I had to purchase a new set of tickets directly from the Gardens by the Bay ticket office in order to get in. I obviously was furious with City Tours for not sending a usable voucher. Once inside the Flower Dome- I decided to contact Viator to ask for my money back. After this complaint- and after I spent money on a second set of tickets- did City Tours send me a voucher with a QR code. But by this time it was too late. I have asked for a refund from Viator- but Viator said that they needed to get the refund from City Tours. It has been over four days and I still have not seen a refund. If there is a way to report City Tours to Singapore officials, I will.

This was just a beautiful botanical park. You can easily spend the entire day here. Highly recommend getting the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest add-ons. The Avatar experience adds to the Cloud Forests' appeal. Money well spent, especially if you love botanicals!

If you're an Avatar fan, I would highly recommend going to the cloud forest during this experience. I felt like I was part of the movie as I walked around the cloud forest. If you're not an Avatar fan, I would still recommend going to see the Cloud Forest because it was so beautiful and refreshing. Go early! We went at 9:30am and it was empty. We were able to get some amazing photos. We also got to the top around 9:50am and stayed until 10am for the misting. We took pictures on top and on the bottom during the misting and that was cool. The flower dome was in the process of being switched over to the Christmas theme décor, so I wish we wouldn't went a week or 2 later to experience all of the decorations versus the "construction" part of it. None the less, it was still a cool and unique experience.

I don't really understand what we were looking at.
I saw a lot of people taking selfies with leaves, and plastic avatar mannequins.

The flower Dome was a unique experience that integrated the various flora and fauna in fantastic displays. The cloud Forrest and Avatar exhibit was so realistic, best seen at night.

The two domes were amazing, there was a problem redeeming my ticket but the staff were very good. The displays inside the dome are just stunning would definitely recommend this experience.
