Explore Singapore on a 1-hour duck tour, known officially as DUCKtours®, which allows you to see city sights by both land and water. On ‘the duck,’ an amphibious military vehicle that was refurbished from World War II, you’ll drive around the city to check out attractions like the Fountain of Wealth and Singapore Flyer. Your DUCKtours adventure, a Singapore Tourism Awards winner, starts at Suntec City Mall, where you’ll hop aboard your remodeled duck war craft. By traveling on both land and water, you’ll enjoy a variety of vantage points to admire Singapore’s historic sights and modern skyline.
Beginning on land, the duck takes you past attractions like the Fountain of Wealth, listed by the Guinness Book of World Records in the 1990s as the largest fountain in the world. Drive through the Civic District to see the Cenotaph war memorial and the Singapore Cricket Club, and admire the Singapore Flyer, one of the largest observation wheels in the world with a height of 540 feet (165 meters).
Then splash into the water where the Singapore River meets Marina Bay, cruising past the Merlion, the city’s iconic statue of a mythical being with the body of a fish and the head of a lion. Enjoy a waterfront view of the glitzy Marina Bay Sands resort and casino and the Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay performing arts venue. See below for a list of all the sights.

Have been on many duck tours in our travels......they are always fun and interesting. Since Singapore is so small, we were able to see most of the city and the views from the water were great!

It was fun. Couldn't really understand female guide. Seat was very cramped at front. Had good look at city from harbour. Bit of drive around. Would have been much better if we could understand more clearly

The guide is funny and engaging. The new location is better but should make use of the shelters more.
But on Viator site, please state the currency as USD clearly.

To start, I have never left any website a bad review but this organisation really pissed me off so…
We booked for a session at 4pm a couple of days ago, but because we’re tourists who are new to this country, we were not able to find the entrance as it’s at the back of a shopping mall (Suntec City), and therefore we realised we were going to be late.
When I called the duck tours number and informed the staff of the situation and pleaded for a reschedule to 5pm, the lady told me that you either arrived on time or you had to rebook, which meant we had to repay around 46 Singaporean dollars (this website says 34.4 but that’s in USD). She also said that the website showed that the check in time starts half an hour before the departure, which it DIDNT show, and that tickets are unchangeable. Even though I continued to try seeking a solution really politely and nicely (not sarcastic I was genuinely polite), she did not budge and insisted that the rules are the rules.
I fully understand that you are doing your job, but at the same time we PAID and CALLED beforehand to negotiate and everything you told us was pretty much useless. So what I don’t understand is what you lose from rescheduling two extra people who ALREADY PAID for this tour, when there is CLEARLY availability (I know this because the website showed availability). I know that there are rules and policies in place but EVERYWHERE else in this country so far have shown flexibility and generosity, so thankfully this isn’t a reflection of the whole Singaporean population, just you and your company. Honestly, I would not have done this review if the practices of this country is extremely rigid and robotic, but I am because I have experienced how OTHER, BETTER SERVICED companies are able to accustom to their customers’ needs better.
I know I sound quite unreasonable and cheap but the fact that I apologised and pleaded over and over again for something that SHOULDN’T EVEN HAVE BEEN THAT BIG OF A DEAL just shows the terrible service you have.
So, in conclusion, you made my first day in this country full of frustration and regret. Thanks bro.
