If you're into all things creepy and spooky, this 'beyond the grave' tour of St. Augustine is ideal for you. You'll be taken to a number of locations of interest to the Savannah Ghost Research Society. These include cemeteries and buildings where ghosts have been sighted and paranormal activity recorded. Your guide will dig beneath the urban legends in an attempt to uncover the true stories that lie within.

What's Included

  • This tour includes the haunted history of every stop, as well as real paranormal evidence presented at every location that our investigation team has captured. You will hear real EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena), or audio recordings of ghosts, as well as witness ghastly apparitions captured on video and photo.
  • Please allow ample time to find parking as it is busy during holidays, weekends, and special events.

Bill the guide was wonderful. Great storytelling. Visited some very spooky sites and even ( possibly) captured a ghost on my camera at the old jail location. We both loved the walk in the dark.

We had the famous Bill as our guide and were not disappointed! He is very knowledgeable about St. Augustine in general and we learned things we had not heard yet even after having explored the town for 6 days. The tour was engaging and the spookiness was turned up a notch with the photo, video and EVP evidence. We are so happy we chose this particular tour over the other options!

Our tour guide, Bill, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us ghost stories and history that we had not heard before. He kept my 10 and 12 year old kids' attention and had us all laughing with jokes the entire time. Our group was small so that was a plus. We've done lots of ghost tours and this one ranks up there with the best of them. It wasn't scary, just stories and facts with audio and video evidence. VERY interesting and highly recommend this tour and Bill!

This was fun I forgot our host name but he was so funny and had a real sense on how to tell a good story. It was also nice being able to walk around as opposed to getting driven around on a bus, by a Beatle juice like character. It was well worth the money.

This is a walking tour, rain or shine. It happened to be raining the night of our tour. While we did learn some interesting history on the tour and some fun ghost facts, it was difficult to hear the tour guide at times, I was nervous about crossing the busy road at night with my children, and the guide’s iPad was faulty so there was a lot of downtime with him figuring out how to get photos and audio.

We left 45 minutes into the tour due to not being able to hear the guy and being bored. The images he showed were not anything like we thought and the propts he used seemed fake because when we watch the Haunted shows on A & E, the voice box is never that clear. I would not recommend this tour to anyone. Sorry, we're just being honest.

We have been on a few ghost tours and this was awful. We didn't learn anything about the city or its ghosts. The guy walked us all of a few blocks, showed us photos on an iPad. A few times he forgot his script, tried to look it up on his iPad, but it wouldn't load for him. Waste of money and time.

Bill is an awesome guide and storyteller. He is so knowledgeable and hilarious. Amazing dad jokes along with all the historical info and evidence they show you on a tablet (pictures, evps.) The tour was so much fun. I've done several ghost tours on trips to St. Augustine in the past and this was one of the best. The customer service is great as well. We were originally scheduled for Saturday but there was really bad weather all weekend so the owner reached out via email and text to let me know the tour was cancelled for safety and to see if we wanted to reschedule, get a refund, or get a voucher that doesn't expire. We rescheduled for Monday and had a fantastic time. Going to book them for Savannah since they also have tours there and we're headed there next!
