Ben was an excellent guide. He took us to the zoo where we were able to hand feed a kangaroo and an emu. We also got our picture taken with a koala. We then spent a lot of time hiking to waterfalls and seeing the three sisters from all different angles. Lunch was amazing as well. Highly recommend this tour and the guide

Great trip to the Blue Mountains with an A+ Guide!

This was a perfect day out seeing the Blue Mountains! Ben, our tour guide, was splendid! Prompt and kind, he was highly knowledgeable about the area, and shared facts with us about the mountains, animals and plant life. The drive to and from the mountains was smooth, and he had bottles of water for us as well. Ben communicated with us before AND during the tour, sculpting an experience that included all the things we really wanted to see and do. The hikes weren’t too strenuous, but there were always moments to stop if we needed to. The waterfalls were gorgeous, the rainforest crisp and cool, and we also had the chance to do Scenic World, and even take a lunch break with a stunning view. Pacing was relaxed, and Ben never rushed anything. Highly recommend and would do again! Thank you!

The trip Ben planned with us was perfect! I felt like part of his family being shown the best sites in the Blue Mountains. He constantly ensured our comfort and made sure we were pampered by going the extra mile by supplying water, food and rest stops and always getting the car no matter how far away. His knowledge of Australia is excellent and being a native had great stories and information to impart. I am sad to leave our new friend behind and only wish I could rate him higher.

Spectacular and Fun

An absolutely fabulous day out in the Blue Mountains. The views from various lookout points were spectacular and the time spent at Scenic World, despite some hesitation thinking it was more for kids, was actually a lot of fun. And we cannot say enough about our tour guide Ben. He is so knowledgeable about the area (and its flora, fauna and animals) plus being extremely personable and fun to be with. This was a fantastic private full day tour to experience life and gorgeous scenery outside the hustle and bustle of Sydney. This tour is a must do, and by all means do it with Ben!

My partner and I booked this tour with Ben to explore the Blue Mountains. Ben was an amazing tour guide. He took the time to understand what we would like and really tailored role day to us. Even with the grey skies, we were able to complete a few hikes and get some amazing views and pictures. He was extremely knowledgable on the native plants and animals which just enhanced the overall experience. Ben communicated from the point of booking and throughout the day so we always knew what to expect. We had an amazing and unforgettable day in the Blue Mountains!

Best tour with Ben! A great day, visiting koala bears and the kangaroos at the Sydney Zoo. Then we went up to the blue mountains and unfortunately it was very foggy and we did not get to see the three sisters so the picture you see are the three of us😂. We then had a lovely lunch at the Bowery which is an old church and it was fabulous.

We really enjoyed our tour with Ben. Got in a little light hiking saw some amazing views and waterfalls but most of all enjoyed talking with Ben and learning about Australia, Sydney and the area. His knowledge of the history, plant life and pretty much everything was phenomenal!

Added on the Sydney Zoo, worth it for getting up close to Koalas and Kangaroos! Weather made it hard on the rest of the trip though, but we did get to see part of the three sisters.

We had a great day exploring the Blue Mountains. Ben was the perfect guide. He was knowledgeable about the area and flexible with our itinerary. Whenever we visit a new place, we like to get out of the city. We only had two days in Sydney, and I felt like we made the most of our short visit. It was just my teenage daughter and I on this tour, and Ben was easy to talk to treated us more like friends than clients.

Terrible weather, wonderful tour guide

Ben was an absolutely wonderful tour guide. Even with the terrible weather, we had a great time and saw as much as we could. We were able to see the Three Sisters and Katoomba falls. He was very respectful of my mobility issues: modified what we did to match my capabilities and was extremely patient. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the entire Sydney metro area and explained everything beautifully. My only negative comment is directed at Viator/Trip Advisor (NOT Ben) - the listing of the tour seems to say that kangaroo sitings were likely. Ben explained that it might be possible, kinda like maybe seeing a deer at a camp sight. Highly recommend Ben as a tour guide!

Nuestro viaje a Sydney fue solo de tres dias y uno de ellos decidimos visitar las Montañas Azules de la mano de un guia privado. Ben nos recogió en el hotel a la hora acordada y pasamos un dia fantastico recorriendo las montañas con el, llevándonos a sitios no tan turisticos y acomodandose a nuestros deseos. Puedo decir que es un estupendo guia, muy amable y con grandes conocimientos de la zona. Por la tarde nos dejo en el ferry, recomiendo que se aseguren tomar el directo que tarda una media hora. Ben nos encanto, y las Montañas Azules preciosas! Gracias por un dia inigualable!
