    The food package was disappointing. And cold. Not impressed at all Don’t think we can recommend this cruise to anyone else I’m sorry

    One of the worst Viator excursions we’ve taken. Details said MAX 10 people and it was a big tug with about 100 people. Music? A great duo who had to keep moving from upstairs to downstairs to play. NO carved anything the buffet, and by the time our table was called (16), they had run out of most things. The stairs to the second deck where they sat us were extremely steep and narrow and EXTREMELY difficult to navigate with plates of food and beverages. No narration on the harbor tour.

    Our group recently enjoyed a delightful lunch cruise on Sydney Harbor, and while it's not your typical guided tour, in fact, it's not a tour at all. Just a pleasant lunch on Sydney Harbor. The concept could be modernized with a user-friendly website featuring points of interest along the way and a QR code for easy access, but the casual dining experience was a delight for everyone. The buffet-style spread offered a variety of tasty options, including fresh oysters, succulent shrimp, flavorful chicken, and tender beef, accompanied by an array of veggies and salads. While the music may not have been the main highlight for us, its jazzy and low-key vibe provided a pleasant backdrop to our afternoon. Overall, we found the experience to be enjoyable and relaxing, a perfect prelude to our upcoming New Zealand cruise. Would we do it again? Absolutely! We unanimously agreed that it's a fun way to unwind and would recommend it to others looking for a laid-back waterfront dining experience."

    The music was very relaxing and the chicken and shredded beef was delightful. The decor was very dated and table linens would go a long way with providing the touch of elegance the cruise lacked.

    Lunch cruise was good but the instructions from Viator were horrible! They should let you know that the boat will show up on wharf boards about 15 minutes prior to boarding. We were very early hoping to enjoy a leisurely coffee while waiting but instead spent 90 minutes trying to find Vagabond and everyone we asked gave different directions. We were about to give up and then it appeared on the board. Viator should send the wharf number as soon as it is available.

    The boat itself was older than a lot of the other boats providing tours of the harbour but had lots of character and photographic charm because of this. The drinks from the bar were no more expensive than anywhere ashore and the inclusive buffet was plentiful , of very good quality and far exceeded our expectations. We explored every part of the harbour and thought it was a great way to get a 'feel' for the city and the lifestyle. Definitely recommend.

    Nice experience. Food was good, relative to cost. However drink is where you get clipped. $40 for a $10 bottle shop wine. The music was OK if you like Jazz piano vamping. Personally I would have preferred a guitarist vocalist, something a bit softer and more entertaining, Perhaps something with a Latin feel. Overall $75 for a Valentines Day lunch cruise is probably good value.

We pride ourselves in selling bottled, South Australian wine on board produced by Angove Family Winemakers. Our Stonegate and Studio Series wines which sell at $40 on board actually retail at $21 (wineselectors.com.au). I believe our markup is very reasonable. I think we can both agree that pricing at your local bottle shop vs a cruise on Sydney Harbour does not make for a square comparison. I appreciate your comments regarding the music. We love our jazz lunch cruise as do many of our guests but we fully understand that it is not for everyone. Perhaps try our Latino Dinner Cruise next time :) Thank you again for cruising with us and we hope to see you in the near future.

    No choices with food. Meat was chewy. Left late. Otherwise was quite good. Some young waiters very lazy. Plates are empty and no one was interested in taking them. Some staff mainly women were more keen

We normally serve a buffet menu, providing plenty of choice and variety. As part of our effort to maintain a COVID-Safe environment, we updated our menus to provide a set meal (alternate drop) served directy to your table. A full menu is always available to view on our website prior to booking. Unfortunately, there was a short delay on Valentine's Day due to some late arrivals. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience. That being said, upon our return to King Street Wharf, we remained alongside for 15 minutes past the scheduled end time to provide our passengers with additional time on board. I have noted your comments in regards to food and service and shall put them forward to our food and beverage team for consideration. We always aim to provide fresh, delicious food and great service across all of our cruises. I appreciate your valuable feedback regarding this.     It was a great experience and the kids loved it too!! 😄 I got the tickets online as a gift to my hubby's birthday. The crew was very friendly and love the jazz music in the background, made it very special.
