You will be picked up from your Sydney Hotel or other central location within 3km of the city centre. Groups up to 10 people: We can meet you at the Sydney Airport or Cruise Terminal to begin your tour and drop you and your luggage off at your hotel, Cruise Terminal or Airport at the end of your tour. For airport pickups, we will advise your meeting point at the time of booking. You will need to load and unload your own luggage. Our tour guides are not professional porters and under Work, Health and Safety regulations are not permitted to lift heavy bags.

Great day

We loved seeing koalas, kangaroos, penguins, and so many more animals at the wildlife sanctuary!! So much fun to feed the Roos and wallabies!! Bettina was our tour guide and went above and beyond! Though we were limited in what we can see due to the bad weather, she did her best to show us everything she could in the Blue Mountains and also gave us a tour of Sydney so we didn’t feel we missed out. She is truly the best and very kind and fun!

Private tours are the way to go. Glenn our tour guide ensure we had a great experience. He picked us up from our hotel and started showing us all the sites as we left the downtown area. He gave us a rich history lesson on Australia. I highly recommend this tour.

Enjoyable Day Touring the Blue Mountains and Seeing Animals

My husband and I booked this private tour due to my limited mobility (on oxygen therapy). Our guide, Bettina, was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to modify the tour so i could take my time walking around at the Blue Mountains. My favorite part of the tour was stopping at the Featherdale Wildlife Park where I got my picture taken with a koala and we fed the kangaroos. I would highly recommend taking this tour.

My husband and I “lucked out” getting Kris Able from Able2Tour as our guide. For our original booking, the guide was a no show but Runaway tours quickly found us Kris as a replacement. Our first stop at Featherdale Zoo was outstanding, largely due to the interaction and knowledge of Kris. Kris was familiar with all of the mountain towns and was a font of knowledge. He was able to preorder and secure a delicious lunch for us as well. Kris was also very accommodating to my mobility challenged husband. On our return we’ll book with Able2tour directly.

From the Mountains to the Sea!

We had an exceptional private tour! Our tour guide Bettina is very knowledgeable and took us to a few hidden places to see, where we had great photos and away from crowded tourists. She kept the tour interesting, suggested places to go and so personal. It was a raining day, but we got to eat at a cute restaurant and waited for the rain to past. Since it fully private and we can detour our agenda, we went to Blue Mountains to see the scenery, the wildlife park, to feed the kangaroos, and had ice cream at Bondi Beach. We literally went from the mountains to the sea! IT was awesome! Bettina made our tour the BEST! Thank you!

Beautiful land and fun with Australian animals

Julian met us at the airport, loaded our luggage into the van and at the end of our tour, took us to our hotel. We saw the Blue Mountains from various viewpoints, learned about Australian culture, animals, and history. We had lunch at a quaint town called Leura. The Featherdale Australia Animal Park was really fun. Lots of animals and chances to touch and feed kangaroos and wallabies.

Beautiful views and a fun, relaxing day

We had a great day with Julian. Featherdale Wildlife Park was fun and we got to see the native animals up close (we are from the US). Then we drove around the Blue Mountains for some incredible views, had a nice lunch in Leura, and took the river ferry back into Sydney’s Circular Quay. A great way to see a lot of what’s outside Sydney in one day.

Our guide. Glen, was superb! He was so professional and polite along with being very knowledgeable! He is a very personable experienced guide/driver! The Blue Mtns were gorgeous and the Featherdale Wildlife Park was very interesting! All the other stops along the way including the lunch place gave us a great overview of Sydney and outer areas! Keegan was a fantastic guide who understood our interests and made sure every stop was meaningful to us. Featherdale is an amazing Wildlife Park with many, many opportunities to see and interact up close. Feeding the kangaroos, petting the wombat (Olive) and interacting with the koala were highlights. The Blue Mountains are awe inspiring in their size and beauty. The highlight was the viewpoint of the Three Sisters that was separate from the tourist viewpoint but known by our guide.
