Matt is very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna as well as very entertaining. We did several tours while in Sydney, and this was the most enjoyable and informative. He gets you away from the city and into the national parks as well as beautiful overlooks with minimal people around. I would highly recommend the tour !

Wish we could rank higher as this was one of our best experiences.
Matt is very knowledgeable and easy to be with. Very accommodating.
The day was chocked full of varied experiences and we enjoyed them all.
Magnificent views. Great easy bush walk. Loved the animal sanctuary.
Very pleasant day and well worth the cost to experience so much of the beautiful Sydney area.

Matt made Australia the most magical place for us! It was amazing doing a private tour because you can make your day your own! We got to pet koalas and kangaroos, grab delicious chocolate, enjoy lunch, discover untouched areas and enjoy the amazing beach and views! Matt made it even more fun with his knowledge and fun personality! It was a trip to remember!

Since we planned to see the city of Sydney the next day, we focused on the perimeter attractions including an up close visit with Koalas, Emus, Roos and Wallabies. Great nature walks with a visit to see Aboriginal carvings in sandstone. Saw some fantastic beaches and had a lovely lunch at a beachfront restaurant. The information and texture given by Matt, our guide was outstanding. He gives a 360 on historical Australia with a great overview of today in this great country. Champagne and chocolate overlooking a beautiful beach was the capstone of our best tour in Australia…and we’ve done a lot. Thank you Matt, you’re the best!!!!

We cannot thank Matt enough for the great day that he gave our group while in Sydney! We only had one full day here, and this private tour was the best thing we decided to do. Matt picked us up at our hotel and showed us around for nearly 11 hours. He gave us options throughout the day and our group of 4 decided from there. If you’re nature and animal lovers like us, this was the perfect way to spend the day and see so much you wouldn’t normally see on a “city tour”. We appreciated seeing the Opera House and Harbor Bridge, but we had the most fun out in the bush. My favorite stops were the animal sanctuary and fruit bats. Matt also took us to several pretty beaches. So if you only have a short time in Sydney, I highly recommend doing this tour to visit and learn as much as possible! x Jennifer from Kansas

Our private tour with our enthusiastic guide Matt exceeded all of our expectations. Matt let us know the day before when to expect him and he arrived promptly at our hotel as promised ready to hit the road! Matt has deep knowledge of the plants, animals, culture, and history of Sydney and the surrounding areas which he shares generously and effectively. He quickly assessed our special interests and tailored our day accordingly. Some of the highlights for my friend and me were a kangaroo and koala experience, a curated bush walk, lunch on a beautiful beach, spotting birds, bats and reptiles in the wild and gaining insights about the Aboriginal culture. We highly recommend this tour and Matt to anyone interested in getting an in depth tour of the Sydney area with a funny, talented and knowledgeable guide.
