Disastrous Private Yacht Charter Experience

The trip was a diaster. From the substitute boat then was portrayed in the Viator listing to the unclear boat to we never made it to Nusa Penida to no wifi or soft drinks as advertised. We boat often and this was the roughest ride ever as we thought the boat was going to flip over and we were tossed around and most of us in the party were injured. We request a refund or some credit.

Hello Mr Yvan and Family Thank you for your review We are apologise for your inconvenience We was tried to give the best service and bonus for your private sailing but we are just human being. Let me clarify the trip We have some boat partner with different boat type. Each boat company or boat type only have 1 boat available. You have booked monohul 55 boat/yatch type. actually Monohul 55 is same pic like on viator list not possible for your schedule have been choose is still maintenance. I have 2 option with same boat type to send the picture or video for confirmation the trip, boat, facilities and you said OK and confirmed the trip on 25th of December. I send other monohul 55 similar boat like viator site and the facilities of boat also same. because the date you choose 25th of december, i think is very special because Xmass celebrate. I was give you special bonus Free documentation (Drone, Video, Photo, Go pro), Lembongan Island Tour. 2 days before trip : I confirmation the video of yatch, facilities, Bonus of documentation. The facilities we have been describe : Private yatch includes : - Insurance Cover by PT Jasa Raharja - Life Jacket Snorkeling Equipment - Toilet - Mini Kitchen / Pantry (refrigerator and water heater) - Soda or softdrink - Snacks - Fresh Fruit - Bottled water - All Fees and Taxes - Towel - Fun fishing coral - Snorkeling Bonus : - free documentation - free pick up and drop from hotel to harbor - Free Nusa Lembongan Island Trip one day before trip : I confirmation again the pick up location , tour itinerary, you have request lembongan island tour and I revised the itinerary for 12pm start tour island, and the guest no have any cancelation or reschedule request. The Day of trip : the weather is not friendly. its rainy all day. 8am my driver already pick up , 9am we already meet up at Pemelisan Sanur harbor to prepare the trip. Fact on this day. My boat partner already asking Port Master officer the situation before we start it. He give Sail license so that why the trip must go on. We also no have any cancelation/reschedule request from guest. Also on that day because on weather forecast, Bali island full of rainy until 31 of dec, so maybe that one the guest no have option. Before start the trip our boat company staff briefing and descript facilities on the boat like a snack, drink , etc. for safety first, we agreed back to harbor before 3pm due the situation. Sail start, arrived in nusa penida ocean, the guest have change the itinerary. We apologize for the rough ride on the boat. According to the plan, boat will drop guests in Lembongan at 12pm. We stick to the plan. However, the plan suddenly changed by guest and we have to drop guests sooner, shuttle was not ready and we need to change dropping point to where the shuttle is ready at that time. It was not the wrong route. Captain is driving to the safest route possible. Though its still rough because today, weather is not friendly. arrived in Lembongan island. the heavy rain coming with high wind. but this one is not our control. we are just human being to try give you best service but we cannot make it due weather situation Back to pemelisan sanur harbor, close of the harbor we found the big wave , its also same , its out of control. we are apologize about the trip situation I Hope you stay safe, healthy, and God Bless You Mr Yvan and Family Best Regards, Krisna of Penidago Family
