I gifted this experience...
Rob_J, Jan 2022
I gifted this experience to my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas for while they were in Taupo on holiday with their children. They were looking forward to spending 4 hours on their own and were also looking forward to seeing the Maori carvings. But they were told by staff that this would take too long to do, 7-8 hours. I was disappointed for them as that was a highlight for them and the advertising led me to believe that they could achieve this. Perhaps you need to adjust your advertising to reflect the real outcomes. Thank you.
Response from Host, Mar 2022
I'm sorry that your expectations were not met in this instance. There are many (many) stunning places to paddleboard on the lake without trying to see the carvings. It is a long trip and should only be done in the right conditions by experienced paddlers.
