Passengers can be dropped-off also on the Waterbus station connecting the airport and the Venice island. Another option is "Tronchetto" part of Venice (bus station), but this is paid additionaly in cash on the day of the travell
Pickup details
Pick up locations are on your request, or we can pick you up in front of your hotel, apartment, hostel, or bus station. The lead passenger name will be seen at the front van window. The vehicle is a brand new white color Ford Transit Custom (van) with Slovenian license plates
What To Expect
Your small-group airport transfer begins with pickup at the Trieste hotel (or other accommodation) or bus station and assistance loading your luggage onto the minivan. Relax on board with air conditioning and plenty of space for up to eight passengers during the ride to the airport—you share the transfer with others only if your flight departures are within 30 minutes of each other, otherwise the transfer is private at the same rate. Once you reach the Venice airport, drop-off is directly at the departures terminal within steps of the check-in desks so you’ll be at your gate in plenty of time to board.

Cancellation Policy

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Grega had send me a message a few days before he picked us up at Trieste Port. He was already there at the port ready for us at the time we exit the ship. Grega was super professional, very helpful with all the luggage’s and everyone. Alone the way to Venice Airport he was talking to all of us like a friend we knew for a long time. Parked the van as close as possible to the airport entrance and took out all the luggage’s from the van for all of us. Professional, very good driver you can trust.

On time pickup and drop off, a comfortable van and a very knowledgeable and great conversationalist for a driver. I forgot to write his name down but I believe it was Grega. He made the time go by fast and everything was completely stress free. What more could you ask for!
