Experience the majesty of some of Bali’s most beautiful places without worrying about self-drive on this unusual private door-to-door tour. Besides admiring the rice terraces of Jatiluwih Green Land, visit three of Bali’s most striking temples: lakeside Ulun Danu Bratan Temple, the sea temple of Tanah Lot, and Luhur Batukaru Temple, on the slopes of a volcano.

What To Expect
Your private driver/guide collects you from your hotel, apartment, or villa in the morning and you travel through Bali’s central highlands to your first stop, Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, which seems to float on the Lake Beratan crater lake.
Next, head through the lush countryside to Jatiluwih, an area recognized by UNESCO for its spectacularly beautiful rice terraces, where organic rice still flourishes. If you’ve booked the tour with lunch, you’ll enjoy an expansive buffet here, overlooking the arena of rice fields.
Go deeper into Balinese culture on your third stop, the less-visited Batukaru Temple (Pura Luhur Batukaru), which perches on the slopes of Bali’s second-highest volcano.
Wrap up your day with an Indian Ocean sunset at Tanah Lot Temple, balanced on lava rock amid the ocean waves. Finally, your driver drops you home.

Desna was a fun, chilled driver & guide for the day. He even took me to Jati Wangi Luwak coffee stop along the way for morning break. The temples were beautiful and spiritual and I’m so glad I did this one day trip. Highly recommend Desna and taking the time to do this tour.

This tour was excellent! Our guider Kantun was very nice and helpful . He came early and drive safely for us. We left a jacket on the car that day, He got it back to us the next day. Thank you Kantun!

We had a tour guide Risk, he was also basically a photographer! I was amazed of the photos he took with my phone. Great experience, plus the rice terraces were so lush. No rain so we were lucky, and the buffet was worth it.
Side note, I think if you pay all of the entry fees by cash, it’s technically cheaper than getting the full package. If you do the full package though, there’s at least no hassle or wait. So choosing either a cheaper rate or just pay for convenience.

A full day of touring around some of Bali’s wonderful temples - and it was made so much better by our driver Yogi. He continually provided such great information about everything we were seeing, and also added one stop not on the itinerary at the request of my travel companion.
Would definitely recommend the tour, and even better if you can get Yogi.

I would definitely recommend this tour, especially with tour guide Angus!
Enjoyed my tour immensely. My tour guide, Angus, was warm, engaging, personalable, knowledgeable, accommodating and flexible. He picked me up promptly and played out the 'scheduled' plan. The company accommodated me so I could catch an evening flight and Angus suggested stopping at ...., despite it being near the airport as this would reduce traffic time and crowds as it would be early in the morning. This was a very thoughtful and perfect plan as it made the experience much more pleasant (for him too, which I loved). He kept the ride interesting and provided lots of information about Bali. I'm generally a very reserved person, but I felt very at ease with Angus. I think this is an absolute must in a guide, especially since Bali seems to only do private tours (unfamiliar territory for me). We finished our last temple near the lake, which resulted in a drop in temperature. A relief for sure! I know Angus was enjoying this spot. I loved that he happily joked with me about the large fruit and dinosaur statute there. Unfortunately, we finished much earlier than I expected, but he was willing to work with me a bit on this before dropping me at the airport. He stopped at a wonderful vegetarian restaurant for me, noting my dietary choice in my booking. I felt that he gave me adequate time at each stop and they were all beautiful so it's hard to pick a favorite. He was also great at take pictures and creating fun shots for me.
It was a great day, a great tour and an absolutely amazing guide. Thank you Angus!!!! I hope one day you get a fridge you so deserve.

Our guide Mede made sure we were comfortable and hydrated. It was wonderful to learn about the Balinese culture and family life from Mede. I especially liked seeing the Balinese people using their temples for ceremonies and Mede explained what was going on, a fantastic guide. He took some great photos as well.

Our tour was led by Eka from Hire Bali Drivers. He was very professional and talked with us about all of the sights and Bali culture. It was so nice to have a spacious car with AC for just the two of us all day. Would recommend this tour for anyone visiting Bali!

Fantastic driver and guide, Agus. He arrived early, went above and beyond explaining everything we were seeing, was a great driver in horrendous traffic, and overall great person. He took many terrific photos of us at all the sites, was patient with our many questions, and extremely courteous. We’d absolutely use Agus and the company again.
