Firoz communicated with me as soon as I booked the tour, confirming all details. He was there at the airpot when our flight arrived early and truly gave us a wonderful experience. Took us to all the sites (including those not on the tour agenda), very knowledgeable and insightful. He worked really hard to make sure we were very happy.
