No driver was waiting at the airport, after 30 minutes of waiting and calling, some taxi driver finally came and drove us to the hotel.

Such a small airport but I couldn’t find the driver because he was far back in the crowd and was busy talking to his friend. Turned out the company/driver is not from this contact company. Info desk never heard “Tangol” either. I called the company but no answer. After 10-15 mins of wandering lost, I was taken to the right driver by this another kind driver. At the end, I was taken to my accommodation fine.

Great service -- our flight arrived in Ushuaia a little bit early and they were waiting for us. They drove us into town at dropped us at our hotel while giving us vital information about Ushuaia, which was helpful later on. Big recommendation for people that like to get picked up without the hassle of finding a taxi, etc.

Shuttle did not turn up

They did not turn up as booked. I waited half an hour past the booked time. The hotel receptionist could not get in touch with the company so he called me a taxi. Currently trying to get a refund as the service was not provided.

We had a hicup at the arrival when the shuttle operator mixed up our arrival information and didn't origanize the shuttle. After 30min running around we finally found the shuttle operator and they quickly organized the ride. However, if you want to save, go for local taxi. One way ride is less than 10 to your hotel from the aiport. We didn't know this but next time will go for local taxi.

Tenía un traslado a unos apartamentos, pero antes tenía que recoger unas llaves en otro sitio. Esperar 1 minuto y seguir al apartamento. No quisieron y tuve que pagar el taxi del lugar de las llaves al apartamento. Muy mal.
