    In order to organize the pick up to your hotel we need to send us the name of your hotel when you make the reservation or the itinerary of arrival and departure of your cruise, if you do not send it we cannot accept your reservation

    • Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability

    • Recommendations: - Comfortable clothes and footwear to move through rough and humid environments and paths
    • In the service area, we will have approximately 30 free minutes. The last section of the excursion takes us to Bahía Lapataia, after crossing the cormorant archipelago, peat bogs and a visit to a beaver dam.
    • The usual schedule is from 7.15 AM or from 1.30 PM depending on the option selected. In any case, the schedule will be confirmed with the sending of the itinerary when you receive confirmation of your reservation.
    • Passengers staying in Ushuaia: When making the reservation you must include the name of your hotel in Ushuaia in order to organize the pick up
    • In the event that you are passengers coming from a cruise, the pick up will be at the Tourist Port of Ushuaia, you will be sent the exact meeting point in the itinerary when confirming your reservation.
    • IMPORTANT: If you come from a cruise we need you to send us the arrival and departure itinerary of your cruise in your reservation. If we do not receive this information, we will not be able to proceed with making your reservation.
    • RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED THAT DO NOT SPECIFY THE HOTEL WHERE THEY NEED THE PICK UP IN USHUAIA
    • RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM CRUISE PASSENGERS WHO DO NOT CLARIFY THE ITINERARY OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF THEIR CRUISE
    • To avoid risks, we recommend that passengers who arrive by cruise ship and their cruise departs that same day purchase the service privately so that we can adapt the itinerary to their cruise schedules.

        Great tour! The train ride was wonderful!!

        The train to the end of the world was amazing! It was full of history and lots of stuff to see! Our tour had several people who didn't want to take the train and just went with the van to the pickup point at the end of the train tour for the rest of the trip. The whole trip was informative and our guide Sophia provided all of us a great tour of the flora and fauna of the area as well as the geology and peoples in the area (including the original natives and the prisoners and the guards who were relocated there). At the end she suggested some places we might want to go shopping for the things we wanted to purchase. It was an excellent tour!

        Disappointing as we were booking the tour with optional premium class lunch and drinks and were told by Viator rep that this is what we would receive however; when we obtained our tickets for the train we discovered we were booked in tourist class and not the premium class we were told we would receive. I was unable to upgrade at my own additional cost because premium class was sold out. Very disappointed with the purchase. Our tour guide, Damian was very good . Only plus on tour.

        Desde el principio estuvo mal, llegaron por nosotros media hora tarde, luego nos cambiaron de transporte y la guía muy cortante, nada amable, no contesto mis preguntas de manera correcta, nos bajaron del camión para tomar el tren y nos volvieron a subir porque no hubo lugar porque obviamente llegamos muy tarde, nada interesante, si no fuiste a la cárcel de Ushuaia el día anterior el paseo no tiene sentido porque sólo es bajarse a ver una casa cada y otra vez al bus, tomamos el tren de regreso y fue muy aburrido y lento, no lo recomiendo la verdad
