Pickup details

**Late guests may not be accommodated to participate on the tour and will not be refunded.** Pick up from hotels start at 45 minutes prior to tour departure time. If you are meeting at our 999 Canada Place location, meet us at 30 minutes prior to tour departure time. Luggage transfer to hotel is not available. We do not drop off at Vancouver International Airport. Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing will pick up from select downtown Vancouver hotels. Please provide the hotel information at the time of booking. Guests must contact Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing by 5 pm the night prior to departure to confirm pick up location and time.

What To Expect

Your half-day excursion into nature begins right in Downtown Vancouver: In the morning, meet your vehicle at Canada Place, and head straight to some of British Columbia’s most dramatic scenery. Before the main event, you’ll make a bonus stop at the Capilano Salmon Hatchery, where you’ll have the special opportunity to see salmon swimming up-stream.

After that introduction to nature, continue to the Capilano Suspension Bridge, with all park fees and taxes included for your convenience. You’ll have more than an hour to walk among the treetops at this popular Vancouver attraction, and capture photos of the sweeping views.

Next, this time-saving, two-in-one tour will take you straight to Grouse Mountain, another of Vancouver’s most in-demand destinations. After a ride on the Grouse Mountain Skyride (the highest aerial tramway in North America), explore mountaintop highlights from wildlife exhibitions to lumberjack shows, all at your own pace.

Finally, with round-trip transit included, this tour will end right at your original departure point.

Our tour guide was Kevin. He made the trip fun and informational. Because some activities on Grouse Mountain wasn't open when we went, Kevin took us to Cleveland Dam as an additional stop. He was also accommodating to drop us off before the last stop. Highly recommend the tour.

This was a wonderful experience. Don't be afraid, that bridge could hold dramatically more weight than a few people. The views are great, and it is an easy tour to enjoy. This was one of the most enjoyable things we've ever done while traveling.

Capilano was so crowded. Grouse Mountain was great, the ride in the chair lift was superb and it was great to get up close and personal with the Grizzly bears.

The Bears & the Bird show the bridge was an experience that I will never forgot ( I think every Indiana Jones & other movies over bridges that were falling apart ran thru my mind). No one told us we had to come back again. Over all a great trip longer on top of the mountain rather than the Hacthery & the old trees would have been good

Toni was a fabulous enthusiastic tour guide. The entire tour was very well organised and comfortable. It was a pity we had rainy weather. Nevertheless we had a great day. The direct hotel pick up and drop off was an added bonus.

This was our first visit to the Vancouver area. My husband and I had one full day to enjoy a tour in Vancouver before our Cruise began so we chose Grouse Mountain & Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Even though it was a slightly rainy day, we had fun!! The only disappointment (due to inclement weather) we had no views on the way up Grouse Mountain. It did clear up some for the ride down later that afternoon!

Capilano suspension bridge was good but two of the three sights at Grouse Mountain were closed. No bird show and no lumberjack show. Feel a bit overcharged as we had to pay full price.

We love the excursion. Capilano Suspension was beautiful and we enjoy the tree top adventure. Unfortunately it was too foggy to be able to see the lumberjack show but we still enjoy our time in Grouse Mountain.

A Definite Must Do - Beautiful, Interesting, Fun!

We had a fabulous experience on our Grouse Mountain tour. The Suspension Park is stunning and October was the perfect time for us to see the leaves changing color which we don't see at home. Peter, our great guide, was informative and entertaining. Grouse Mountain is amazing, even covered in fog. The Grizzly bears were a wonder to behold and we got some great pictures and video. The final stop at the Hatchery was wonderful as well and so interesting to learn the history and reason for it's being. I plan to return with my family as it was just that great!

Was a great day tour to both Capilano & Grouse Mountain, despite the fog at Grouse Mtn. Which infact, added to it being a different kind of experience with the upslope fog and misty views. Grizzlies were a definite highlight! Our tour guide Greg was so friendly and entertaining, very knowledgeable dropping great little gems of info throughout the trip, and added a couple of bonus visits to our trip!

Two beautiful parks with a great tour guide

Both the bridge park and the Grouse Mountain were so beautiful. Jason was a great tour guide - followed the group anywhere, helped people who needed help, answered questions, gave a card with his details in case we get lost, gave interesting and thorough explanations. The tour was 7 hours long.

What a walk at Capilano Suspension Bridge!

Walking on the Capilano Suspension Bridge was quite an experience! Although we had limited time in Grouse Mountain and didn’t get the chance to try the chairlift. Overall, the trip was a must do at North Vancouver!
