All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
All passengers 18 years and above must present either one piece of valid government issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Being first time for us on a sea plane this was a nice way to experience the sea plane and see Vancouver the above. Suspension Bridge Park was great as well, lot to see and experience, you get transfer ticket and admission to the park which on its own is expensive, this was a great value for the combo package at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting BC

The Seaplane was really neat to see the land. It would be better if there was commentary so we knew what we were looking at. The bridge at Capilano was beautiful! So many different levels of the forest to see! I think this was my favorite part of the tour!

Seaplane was great, park ok. It can get very busy in the park. Good if you are mobile, you need to be fit. Lots of walking up and down hill. No good if you have vitigo.

Amazing Capilano

Amazing experience. Free shuttle that takes you back and forth. Runs every 15 min. Very well organized inside with the lines. Love the way they take care of the park and the different activities for the children.

Really fun day out. We saw the lumber Jack show which was really good. We saw the bears and the bird show. Would recommend going there. Wish I had something to eat there as the food looked beautiful

It was a nice experience going on a seaplane but there was no commentary from the pilot regarding the landmarks, basically just a ride in a plane. Capilano was better and would recommend.

A great day out in Vancouver.

The seaplane tour was great, it gave us a really good overview of the size and diversity of Vancouver. Prior to this we had only seen the city centre. The park was busy but it didn't detract from our enjoyment. The suspension bridge was very wobbly not suitable for anyone with vertigo!
