Pickup details

Departure Point: For International arrivals: After you pass baggage carousels and continue on through customs, please follow the signs to the Exit/Greeting Area to the right where you will notice 2 (two) 20 foot tall carved red cedar Aboriginal figures welcoming guests to Vancouver where your driver/representative will be holding a sign with your name on it. For Domestic arrivals: Your driver / representative will be waiting at the BAGGAGE CLAIM of your airline, holding a sign with your name on it.

  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Infant seats available
  • Most travelers can participate
  • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Poor Company messaging to Transport group

This was a total 'stuff-up' by someone in your office as the company arrived at the airport at 13:05pm and I have emailed with you to say that this was not acceptable as that was the original landing time of our flight. The driver left the airport after 2 hours as we were 1 hour late landing and then had to clear customs, etc and collect our baggage. I had no phone conection in Vancouver so finally had to ask the Visitor staff to try to phone/ or message app the company to ask what they were going to do. Finally a driver came to the airpprt and we were picked up. Doubt that we will use Viator for this type of transfer again if you cannot pass messages to the companies involved. VERY frustrating after a long flight from Brisbane via Auckland.

I clearly ordered a min van for 4 adults to pick us up at the airport and was sent a car for 2 adults. We had to wait quite a while for the correct vehicle to show up- very frustrating. We were tired and hungry from our long trip. There was a definite lack of communication!

Our flight was delayed and by the time we got there he had already left and did not come back to pick us up. Gave them our airlines and flight number. Apparently they do not check that flight is delayed. So we waited while emailing them since they won’t pick the phone up. I won’t never recommend this company!! So unprofessional and unreliable!! We ended up having to take a taxi.

I was told to meet by the totem poles in the airport. There would be a man with my name on a sign. That did not happen. I am extremely unhappy. The driver was very nice however kept saying meet at the meeting place. We were very confused because again we were told to meet at the totem poles and they would be a sign saying my name on it and he would pick me up there. Since you did not do that I will not recommend you again

Can we please have a refund. We booked a minivan which did not turn up. A sedan turned up and could not fit our luggage which we specifically booked the minivan for. We used a taxi service instead.

Excellent driver, vehicle. However, my transfer from the hotel to the cruise port was a no show. After a 30 minute wait we just took a taxi for 1/8 th of their price. Visitor is supposed to refund the full amount. The first leg was great, I would not recommend them.
