  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Very reliable service. We had to change the pickup time due to a flight delay. The service was quickly responsive and the driver was there right on time. We needed a large van to fit our family and luggage and the vehicle was as promised. Highly recommend this service.

We had a pick up time of 0600 at the hotel waited until 0620 and they were a no show. Since there was a change of hotels, I had sent them the change 3 days before pick up this was acknowledged by the tour operator. Had to take 2 taxis to get to the airport.
