We pick-up our customers at about 9:45 a.m. from the places where they stay, e.g. hotels, hostels, apartments, r&b’s and other locations in Warsaw City Centre (please do remember to send the address/name of the place of pick-up). Our customers are requested to wait in a hotel lobby 5 minutes before the activity starts/scheduled times for being picked-up. Excellent tour of Warsaw

The tour was fantastic! Olaf was not just very knowledgeable but also very engaging and had lots of little stories to share that brought the city and its history to life. We came at the best time of year, a sunny spring day with everything in full blossom.

Lots of history and fabulous guide and driver ! Lots of walking ! But please if everyone could be on time for pickup very rude if you are late and to make us all wait and get a late start on our tour ! 10 am isn’t early so plan accordingly

The tour guide Leo was very good and with a very nice personality. There was a bit of a mix up in terms of the hotel pick up. I told them I was at 43 and they were at 43A which was about a block away. Anyway all's well that ends well.

We were only in Warsaw for a few hours and this tour allowed us to see the city by bus but we still got to stretch our legs for a few sights. Chris, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about the history of Warsaw. It would be a great start to a trip to get an overview of the city, or only if you have a few hours. Chris also gave great recommendations of where to eat, grab a drink, and places to see more in depth. I highly recommend this tour.

This was a bad tour. Our guide Alice and the driver had no coordination. They were busy giving each other route directions than helping us see. What is written in the tour description was not followed. We didn't get to step out anywhere at the spots. Just rushed thro' sitting in the bus. Only got us out at Old Town. It said that they will give us water in the trip. Nothing was there. Dorothy is the tour manager who left at Marriott and thereafter it was chaos and half-hearted.

We were a group of 3. The van was brand new, very comfortable. The guide was very knowledgeable and with a strong passion for the city and its history. However, he should be more kind to the tourists and be careful on the words and tone he uses when people ask questions or make comments. I had the feeling we were like children to him and always trying to give a lesson to us. (Maybe a cultural shock? :) )

Most of our time was spent in the royal park and driving around. Hard to figure out where the sites were as we cruised by them at a good clip in the van. Also hard to hear guide while driving as children and others were on phone and talking. 🙁

Fantastic way to get to know Warsaw

Great way to see all the Warsaw highlights! Only had a long weekend, so this was a great way to learn and see more of the City. The guide was wonderful and did a great job of sharing the Warsaw experience with us guests. Would highly recommend this tour. It starts out via bus and then to Łazienki Park. It was a beautiful day to take a stroll and learn the history. It ends with a tour of Old Town before returning to hotels (or staying in Old Town, where we all opted to get lunch together). Word of note: if you are staying in Old Town, they cannot pick you up due to no traffic. We had to walk 10 min to the pick up location.
