The operator was very responsive that is why 2 star, but the experience was pathetic, only place shown in detail is the Royal gardens all the things which are written in the tour description are not covered, the palace tour was not done and even old town I was dissatisfied the way it was shown, not worth it

Absolutely fantastic and the best thing you'll do in Warsaw. Incredibly interesting, very nice guide (George) and driver, luxury coach and a good mix of walking, sightseeing and driving. Cannot recommend this more highly.
We also left a small child's toy on the coach and later that evening, it was returned our hotel by the driver and guide. To say they went the extra mile is an understatement.

George gave a wonderful tour sharing details of Warsaw history around every corner. I did not want the tour to end and am still digesting the huge amount of information he imparted yesterday. I liked the approach of walk, drive and walk again, especially on a slightly chilly day.

We had to cancel the tour because after contacting the operator three times and reporting this incident to customer service, the operator got back to us after more than 12 hours. We demand a refund.

Our mutual Customer has reserved a tour with constant confirmation status!
Their hotel was located in the Old Town area where traffic is not allowed.
So I contacted personally with Guests via whatsup asking them to get to McDonalds rest which is located 3min walk and wait in front of the main entrance for the bus. This is the only point where we can stop by bus.
They replied they do not understand.
Finally they wrote:
We are not interested in the tour anymore.
They were not cooperative at all.
I do not agree for any refund!
