Great tour for accessibility needs
Theresa_J, Apr 2024
Lori as our guide and Maggie as our driver did a great job. I was especially grateful for what a great job they did with storing and making my transport chair available at stops. We missed the cherry blossoms since they bloomed early but it was a perfect way to see the major memorials/monuments in a short period of time with minimal walking.
A professional and well executed tour

Easy Metro access to meeting place. Sam was very knowledgably and friendly. Gave many tips that we were able to use during the rest of our visit.
Knowledgeable and fun! Sam did a great Job and the bus driver too!

The Vietnam and Korean Memorial. I really like the sculpture at the Korean Memorial and I liked the Vietnam War memorial because it was peaceful.
The most bang for our buck!
Pat_M, Apr 2024
The information provided by Dion, our tour guide was awesome and Antonio, our driver was amazing. He provided ponchos when the rain started and plenty of water to stay hydrated.
Bad experience
Anirudh_D, Apr 2024
Really disappointed as ur team had proposed for a refund against booking a new trip as Cherry was no where to be seen. This was promised by ur team but not issued a refund yet. Felt like cheated when u sold The product with cherry blossom when actually there is no blossom. Inspite of that having promised a refund with exchange to a new program, ur team sole the new product and not declining for refund. Unethical.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
Unfortunately, many of the Yoshino Cherry Blossoms along the Tidal Basin have already departed - though other blossoms are currently in bloom. Our experience is a nearly three-hour-long guided sightseeing tour of the tidal basin that is a celebration of the Cherry Blossom Festival, which we hope all can enjoy during Peak Bloom. However, as they are famously fragile flowers, we do not guarantee that you will see cherry blossoms in bloom while on the tour. Your refund was declined because you called mere minutes before the tour began. Understanding about the blossoms, we generously offered for you to take one of our other sightseeing tours in exchange so you could explore other parts of Washington. This offer still stands, and we hope you do give us a call.
It was enlightening.
Paul_L, Apr 2024
The Vietnam Memorial was very well done. We had a visitor who was looking for her brothers name on the wall. Actually, all the memorials recognized the men and women who gave their all.
Cherry Blossom Tour in DC - Well Worth It
Richard_C, Apr 2024
We saw cherry blossoms still in bloom even though the peak was March 17. We got to visit my sites and our driver and tour guide were excellent and extremely informative.
Rob Robertson was great....
Camille_R, Apr 2024
Rob Robertson was great. Very knowledgeable about everywhere we went. Had great history behind a lot of nearby buildings and monuments and memorials.
Caught the end of the Cherry Blossoms
Bernadette_K, Apr 2024
We really had a great guide , Rob Robertson and driver , Anthony. The sights were perfect and timed very well. We actually even missed the rain.
Liberal guide
James_K, Apr 2024
The guide was too political. He made disparaging remarks about republican leaders which showed his left leaning liberal views. I was ready to exit the tour on the first stop .
Lucky Blossoms Tour
Andrew_V, Apr 2024
This was a well-organized and very full tour. We really lucked out with nice weather and beautifully blooming blossoms! A number of the other guests on the tour were complaining about the tour going over lunch, but we were prepared for this by eating a big breakfast at our hotel beforehand and heading for a big meal right afterwards. Things were nicely organized at the Navy Memorial boarding area. The bus was comfortable, but it was annoying that everyone kept switching seats! Our tour guide, Paul, was excellent; however at times the tour felt a little rushed and there was no time for questions. It also didn't feel as interactive or entertaining as the last tour we took with Viator in D.C., but that was because of the other guests on the tour, not the tour guide. I really enjoyed the FDR memorial and seeing the White House closer and from the other side. This tour did involve a LOT more walking than I was expecting, and several of the guests had trouble keeping up; a better description that includes that would be appreciated.
Great
Jeanie_C, Apr 2024
Cherry blossom were beautiful and the guide was informative, experienced and humorous. Excellent driver.
Inaccessible and disorganized.
Lexi_K, Mar 2024
The parts of the tour that went relatively as planned were good and our tour guide had a lot of good information. However, the tour was very inaccessible and disorganized. Our tour guides asked the group for suggestions about what we thought we should do while they were supposed to guide us. In terms of accessibility, I was on the tour with my grandpa. When they asked if we wanted to walk to ride the bus between Thomas Jefferson and MLK, we said we would take the bus since he can't walk that far. They told us we would get dropped off and meet back up with the walkers at the next memorial. However, the bus driver didn't stop at the MLK and we got stuck on the bus for the next hour and a half, not learning about DC and not seeing the sites. I understand there was a lot of traffic, but for a cherry blossom tour that should be expected, and missing 1.5 hours out of a 4-hour tour is unacceptable.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
We are sorry that happened. That is unacceptable and not what we strive for. Can you contact us with your booking information and your tour guide's name so we can locate your order and compensate you for the negative experience?
wonderful Experience
Andrew_R, Mar 2024
Rebecca and Corey were wonderful. We were blessed with fabulous weather for late March. In the past I haven't tried this sort or tour due to the expense but will strongly reconsider that next vacation.

Fantastic Blossom tour
John_C, Mar 2024
The knowledge level of the tour guide was exceptional and it gave everyone the history of DC’s favorite monuments and it provided an overview of how monuments are approved.
Enlightening tour
Lisa_K, Mar 2024
Our driver and tour guide Johnny were EXCELLENT!!! Amazing how much information he shared!! Wealth of knowledge! Truly enjoyed ourselves!! My mother uses a walker for long excursions and the driver got right off and had it ready as soon as we got off bus. The bus was very comfortable! The sights were beyond beautiful!!!
Not too happy for narrator..very nice man but couldn’t hear well

Great trip - shame it rained so much
STUART_H, Mar 2024
Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and informative. We saw all we could given the rain on the day of our trip. The war memorials were moving and the Lincoln memorial inspiring. The cherry blossom was sadly not at its best due to the rain
Great experience in spite of the weather.
Daniel_W, Mar 2024
Tour guide was great and very informative. Weather was terrible but driver was great. They gave us plenty time at all of the memorials.
