CRUISE PASSENGERS - Please note the following important information: Due to new Port Authority policies, we can no longer pick up and drop off passengers directly at the Port. Cruise passengers will be transferred by bus from the Port to outside the Wellington i-SITE, 111 Wakefield Street where a Kaewa Tours representative will meet you. At the end of the tour you will catch the bus back to your ship from the Wellington i-SITE. Wellington Railway Station: Pick ups are from outside the front entrance on Bunny Street.

- For children under the age of 7 an approved child restraint seat must be used and be supplied by the customer. If an approved child restraint seat is not available the tour cannot proceed.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
