Maniar’s Wonderland Snow Park offers 8,000 square feet of chilly, wintery fun and 5-degree (fahrenheit) temperatures. Build a snowman, huddle in an ice cave, or enjoy a variety of rides, such as bungee cords, swings, and carousels. The site also houses a water park, which offers a different way to cool down on a hot day.
Tickets include the price of renting warm clothing appropriate for snowy conditions.
Kids under 3-years-old enter for free.
At busy times, visitors are restricted to 30-minutes visits.
The park is southwest of central Ahmedabad, just off Sarkhej Road. The best way to get there is by taxi. It can be difficult to spot the park if you’re unfamiliar with the area, so tell your taxi driver that it’s behind Kiran Motors.
The park is open every day from 10am until 8:30pm and is an especially popular destination during the summer, when it’s very hot and humid outside.
Another fun, family-friendly destination in Ahmedabad is Gujarat Science City.
