You will spend approx 3hrs with Jaqui our Master Chef learning about essentials of a Mexican Kitchen, the secret of the Ceviche and Guacamole, How to use different ingredients, what it takes to make mouth-watering salsa or fresh guacamole and finally prepare your own dishes .
