T-Mobile Park is South of Pioneer Square, just off Interstate 5, and game-day parking is available at on-site garages. Traffic jams are typical during Mariners home games, so get to the stadium early. If you’d rather take public transportation, buses and the light rail stop nearby.
T-Mobile Park tours run twice daily every day except Monday and Wednesday during the November–March off-season. During baseball season (late March through October), tours are available on non-game days and on days when games begin in the evenings. If you’re attending a baseball game, arrive early in case of delays.
A wide range of seating areas at T-Mobile Park can make it challenging to choose your tickets. Most fans agree, though, that there are no bad seats—every section has great views of the field. The high-end Diamond Club seats are an impressive option just behind the home plate. Families with children often pick seats near centerfield, where you’ll find the Kids’ Clubhouse store and kid-friendly activities.
