On the northern end of the Whitsundays’ Whitehaven Beach, Hill Inlet is one of the most photographed spots in Australia. When the tide is low, visitors are treated to fantastic views of the inlet’s swirling white sand and turquoise tropical waters.
My partner and I had a great experience on black betty, the crew of Max and Heath made sure that everyone was included in the day and enjoyed the day! We especially loved the snorkelling and the guys made sure to explain the safety and equipment in great depth. Thanks so much for a great experience, we’ll be back!
The crew, Oak and Richard, were really fun and knew their stuff. We had about 45 minutes of snorkelling, a walk to the lookout and a couple of hours on the beach for lunch and swimming. We hired stinger suits on check in, which was easy and not expensive. Beers and soft drinks available to buy on board. Highlights… Whitsunday Island obviously, but the ride was a blast and the actual best bit was the doughnuts on the return journey.
I had a really good experience with the cruise, nice staff good food, and the morning tea so delicious, not a small group we had a huge number on the cruise but they separated into the small groups when we were walking to see the viewpoint on the Whitehaven beach
The scenery was magnificent and a totally different perspective when seen from above. The pilot went out of her way to allow all of us the opportunity to take photographs of the best views.
10/10! Brilliant day at Whitehaven, Hill Inlet and snorkelling! The guys on the boat took great care of everyone. Great company - would highly recommend. Lunch was really good too.
