Both experiences last about an hour with 30-40 minutes of actual time in the plane. Before your flight you will receive a safety brief along with ground training on how to fly the maneuvers. Once air born the certified flight instructor will guide you every step of the way. A pilot’s license is NOT required for these experiences.
