The basics

One of the numerous religious landmarks in Valencia’s Old Town (Ciutat Vella), the House of San Vicente Ferrer is a significant site for Catholic worshippers and for visiting sightseers. Named for the 3rd-century Saint Vincent of Saragossa, who is Valencia’s patron saint—and regarded as a secondary patron saint himself—Ferrer was born in a house that stood on this site. The landmark was later rebuilt in the 20th century and today features a tower, ceramic tiles, and other elements of the Valencian Civil Gothic style.

Owing to its convenient, central location, the House of San Vicente Ferrer is easy to explore independently.
