Min bokning hade problem/felkommunikation. Men operatören är bäst och jobbade på det och gjorde resan möjlig. Den övergripande upplevelsen var bra. Jag hade roligt och kommer att rekommendera detta till familj och vänner.

Nothing. The company Desert Safary Dubai will drop you at a Safary camp where they are looking just to get you money, the camel ride is only a couple of foot ride in a square, unless you pay additional, the BBQ is a "single" 50gr piece of chicken, if you want a drink additional, they have a set up to charge for everything but still the service is bad. The whole tour is a set up. Very bad attention and customer's treatment. Highly frustrated with this tour.

The communication prior to the tour was not great. Only received confirmation hours before pick time. Shahid picked us up. He is just a driver that takes you to a central point where hundreds of other people are dropped off. I believe this is normal for most desert safari tours. The drive is just over an hour. The central point is not well maintained. It looks a bit like a scene from the Mad Max movie. The Sand Dunes were nice, and we got good photos. It is not fully in the desert though as you can see powerlines in the backdrop. There was also of rubbish around though. Dune bashing was about 6 minutes Sandboarding was a waste of time. Quad biking was super loud. Food was bread, salad, rice, and a couple bits of chicken. It took hours to serve. If you have the choice, do the Dubai tour as that has more impressive sand dunes. The tour felt like it was about ticking a few boxes but lacked quality to accommodate for quantity.

Timeline: 1500: pickup from hotel 1600: arrive at desert campsite 1602: get approached, their hands wide open, with all manner of services (henna, ATVs, camel rides) for activities that may have been pre-paid for, but tips wanted. 1606: young man will place a shemagh on your head: he wants a tip. Now that you’re already wearing his scarf, you’re going to have to pay him. 1607: be presented with soda, snacks, chips, popcorn, etc: all are EXTRAS, not included in your BBQ package, prepare to pay up should you arrive hungry. 1608-1645: partake in sand surfing, ATV, camel ride. Camel ride takes all of 90 seconds. 1645-1900: sit around doing NOTHING. All this time, car loads of people are coming and going through their “experience.” Meanwhile, you sit, the temperature drops, and you have 1 bar of cell service. Deserts get cold at night: WEAR PANTS people. BRING your winter coats (lighter side, temps drop into 50-60 deg F at night). BRING bug spray: the desert flies are relentless. 1900: show begins, slowly. Sound system: not good. Another tip: bring a sh*t ton of AED dirhams or small denomination USD ($1, $5, $10 max bills). You will be giving these out like crazy. They also accept TAP TO PAY from your Apple Wallet. Bring battery packs & charger cords for your dying cell phone. The Dune Bashing is kinda fun, kinda scary: you definitely feel like a rollover accident is is likely to happen. Thankfully, they’re good drivers. It lasts all of 10-12 minutes. Some of you may need Dramamine beforehand. Our driver: super friendly. Don’t forget to tip him. This was not the desert experience that I expected. It was much less impressive than I thought. I’m glad I tried it but honestly, do not recommend it if your time or budget is constrained.

My recent VIP Jeep Safari with Arabian Tours UAE was marred by communication issues, and unfortunately, my subsequent complaint and messages on WhatsApp were completely ignored. Disappointed with the lack of customer service and responsiveness.

For first-timers, this can be a great experience The driver was kind and attentive The organisation is not very good. One gets the feeling that it's all about tourists leaving as much money as possible (l can understand that.) The bashing is fantastic! Try everything you can! We've been on a similar safari, it was better, but it had the novelty charm. That's all, it was not worth this time.

Waste of money! they charge you again there for everything!

Total rip off! They recharge you for everything there, nothing is actually free. Food was disgusting and too little, the car ride is literally 6 minutes, and for the camel you have to pay again. The conditions are apalling, very dirty, was sick to my stomach to touch anything! And the smell!!!! Save your money, is not worth it! They are very pushy and ask for extra money on all the mentioned atractions, the henna tatto is very small, and the camel rode advertised for free is literally a minute walk in circle.

Amazing way to experience the desert

We booked this tour last minute during our 1 day layover in Abu Dhabi. Pickup was smooth, communication was good. The desert is absolutely stunning and breathtaking during sunset. Dune bashing was absolutely our favourite part, I wasn't expecting it to be that exhilarating! My one complaint is that we were hounded from the moment we exited the SUV to the moment we left the show by people trying to sell items. Of course this has nothing to do with this tour in particular, rather the safari facility where the staff works, but it made it hard to enjoy certain moments. Forcing us into photos while shouting prices at us, standing infront of our table during dance performances trying to sell photos, and trying to constantly sell food, snacks, drinks etc. when dinner was already included. I would still recommend the desert safari to anyone who asks, but hopefully the facility staff tone down the endless bartering.

Dune bashing was exciting, meal and show were very good and great photo opportunities sand boarding and camel riding in the sunset. Would highly recommend and was great value for money

This was the funnest tour ever! The driver Mr Sadari was the best. He picked up on time, we had a smooth ride to the desert. Once at the desert he informed of us of the itinerary, very attentive, and made sure we were good the entire time. The sand dune was so much fun, the entire truck had a blast, you could tell from the non stop laughter. The camel ride was fun. The BBQ was delicious and the show was nice. Everyone we encountered were very friendly, and made us feel like VIPs. Don’t miss out on this fun activity!

Este safari fue una gran decepción. El personal poco agradable del campamento lo único que sabía hacer es intentar venderte de todo. La micro vuelta en camello duró 30 segundos, si querías una un poco más larga había que pagar un extra, no había ni café al modo árabe ni dátiles. La comida aceptable. Lo único que se salvó de la mediocridad fue el dune bashing que aunque no duró mucho fue intenso. Habiendo hecho un desrt safari en Dubái no recomiendo para nada esta actividad con este organizador.

Fantastique expérience. Le tour en Jeep c'est adrénaline à 100%. La vue, le coucher du soleil est magnifique. Nous avons assisté à un spectacle incroyable. Et la dégustation du menu au top.

La actividad fue perfecta. Younis nos recogió en el hotel a la hora prevista. Es muy buena persona y en todo momento se preocupó por nosotros. Una vez que llegamos al lugar de las actividades y la cena, estuvo constántemente con nosotros e iba indicándonos qué actividad teníamos que realizar. En la cena con espectáculo escogió el mejor sitio para nosotros. Fuimos en pleno agosto, pero no pasamos mucho calor. Las personas que trabajan en el poblado os intentarán vender de todo. Pero con las actividades que están incluidas a través de esta excursión, es más que suficiente. ¡La recomiendo totalmente, fue una gran experiencia!
