It was great value for the price we pay, first time In UAE . Our driver was been Shihab , one of the best person we met here in Emirates , friendly, funny , show us everything with some explanation , not long boring educational texts. No rush, he give us time . Just great tour with great driver Shihab. Greetings from Slovakia :)

Dubai day trip

We were picked up in Abu Dhabi and Ronnie was our guide. He did a great job talking to us and telling us about everything and answering any questions we had. He let is pick the things we wanted to do and gave us plenty of time to do it…..we had a bad experience at “at the top, Burj Khalifa” but the was not Ronnie’s fault. My only complaint about the tour is we were just dropped off at the water taxi to go to the Gold Souks on our own. We also had to pay extra for the water taxi (it wasn’t much, but we thought it was included in our tour) We also had a hard time negotiating the price as they tried to charge us more. The souks were a little hard to navigate on our own and was a little overwelming so it would have been nice to have a guide with us. Other than that is was a good tour.

A truly memorable day! Our driver/guide was fantastic! Excellent communication throughout. Full day in Dubai, saw most of the sites at a relaxing and comfortable pace. Our driver/guide was a gold mine of information and explained everything we saw all day long. Great experience and an excellent opportunity to see most of Dubai in one day. Highly recommended.

Dubai Tour in a Day

We had a very nice day in Dubai. Ronnie was our driver, he picked us on time and one of the best we ever had ! He was very nice, attentive and funny. He made us visit several places not to be missed and made additional photo stops which we really appreciated. The Views of the Palm from the tower were amazing. Wish we had bit longer at this stop as there were big ques to enter. We spent the whole day in Dubai and were promptly dropped back to our hotel in Abu Dhabi. I will recommend this Dubai city tour to all my friends and family.

Ronnie was a great guide who worked really hard to make sure we had a good day and saw and did everything we wanted to do. He was very clear with meeting points and at each stop we had the right amount of time. However, the service at lunch was very very slow (which I appreciate is not the tour company or Ronnie’s fault) and took too much time out of our day. The places visited were ideal and Ronnie’s willingness to chat and explain things made for a great day. I would thoroughly recommend this tour, especially if Ronnie is your guide.

Il tour era strutturato male. Le attrazioni importanti non erano comprese e la preoccupazione più grande della guida era mostrarci concessionarie di auto e hotel. Il pulmino era scomodo e nei posti a sedere posteriormente non si sentiva la voce della guida. La guida ci ha sempre lasciati soli senza nessuna spiegazione.

Ho prenotato il tour on line vedendo che si trattava di una società trip advisor, mi aspettavo quindi serietà.Purtroppo il tour non si é tenuto in autobus con guida ma con un tassista che non parlava inglese.Abbiamo fatto 2 su 5 delle tappe indicate e non ci hanno dato nessun ticket di ingresso come previsto, abbiamo pagato tutto!Vergognoso, l’altra coppia che era in taxi con noi é scappata.Noi che avevamo già pagato siamo rimasti fregati!
