Hello, we appreciate the feedback. I will clarify some points below.
Our tour would typically take 25 guests maximum. The boat is a 60ft catamaran with multiple zones of 3 level seating. A very large boat for 25 guests.
We had 2 extra guests on that particular day of your tour as guests had changed a date. Our boat is surveyed take 29 guests but we choose to only take 25 guests.
In peak holiday season this does change sometimes due to special requests for guests to change last minute.
As an Eco friendly tour we do not feed fish on our tours and this is not recommended for our precious marine life- on some private charters we occasionally feed fish live bait which is much better for them and very Eco friendly. Our host does get in the water at times with guests and every trip can be different depending on the day.
Our food is prepared fresh onboard the day of each charter with no pre packaged meals. It is a selection of both sweet & savoury grazing platters, varieties of tea and pod coffee for morning tea, selection of 4 meats and delicious NQ local salmon & plentiful salad platter with varieties of condiments. No additional charges for special dietary requirements. It is a large amount of food for a shorter day tour, guest are welcome to bring additional snacks.
We are also a BYOB charter which guests absolutely love so they do not have to pay $10 a drink which is standard on most other boats. Wings III is a custom air conditioned premium sailing catamaran with top sundeck, jacuzzi to enjoy with shade and complete covered back deck area. Sorry that you were unhappy with the cost of our tour. All in water equipment of snorkel sup & kayaks are also included in the cost of the day, including marine park fees & taxes- no additional fees at check in.
There are more budget priced non air conditioned vessels here- these tours also take upwards of 30 guests or more so we believe our product is very fair for what is experienced for our guests with low numbers. Thank you and enjoy your travel in Australia.
