We would like to once again apologize for this unfortunate situation. It's a shame that your husband felt ill after the parasailing activity. We understand the importance of flexibility, especially when unexpected situations arise, which is why we offered to re-book you to a different day, regardlessness of the fact that our cancellation policy cannot accommodate a cancellation request 2 Hours in advance of the actual trip. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response from you with regards to our rebooking offer.
