When our flight to Athens, Greece landed we were stranded on the tarmac while the pilot waited for a gate to open. Our driver texted us to assure us he was there waiting. Once we were in the car he delivered us to a hotel, but told us it was be another 25 Euros because he had to wait an extra hour. He was very kind and polite, unpacked our luggage and left. Turned out he’d delivered us to the wrong hotel. I texted him and he said he’d come back. But the nice lady at the desk had called us a taxi. Both drivers arrived at the same time. Words were exchanged and our initial driver took money from his wallet and paid the second driver, who delivered us to the proper hotel.

Hello Robert_T, your driver was waiting for you for 2 hours from the time that your flight arrived, we don't charge for the first hour because we know that you need some time to collect your luggage and pass through customs but we can't wait for you for unlimited time without extra charge. Concerning your drop off location I understand that he made a mistake and as soon as you contacted him he told you that he would come back to take you to the proper hotel so you shouldn't have called for a second driver. Your initial driver would deliver you for free to the proper hotel since it was his fault but the second driver insisted that someone had to paid him since he was called and arrived at the pick up location, as you mentioned your initial driver took money from his wallet and paid the second driver so as you didn't have to pay for his mistake. We hope you will book with us again and give us the opportunity to prove to you that we offer top notch service. LS Tours and Transfers Team

Professional service all along the way. I appreciated that my driver waited for me as it took time to disembark and collect luggage. When you arrive in the middle of the night, you really want to make sure you have booked a company that is considerate. There was a bottle of water provide which was great.
