It was a fun adventure. Never rappelled before. I really enjoyed it. The hike in is steep in a few places. But you gotta go up so you can rappel down. Zack was awesome and shared so much knowledge with us. Definitely would recommend

Loved it! My wife and I had only repelled once before (10+ yrs ago) and were nervous/excited to do it again. Our guide, Alex, was a terrific teacher. He put us at ease with his fun but professional approach to each increasingly difficult reppeling height. Needless to say, the views were great, and our last (and tallest) descent was beside a waterfall and simply unforgettable! Go for it, you wont regret it!

Zack was great and was an incredible guide. We had an exciting and excellent day leaning how to rappel and navigate the canyon. Loved the last high descent near the waterfall. Highly recommended and would go again in a heartbeat.

I travelled with my husband and teenage daughter. This was our first time canyoning but won’t be our last! Our guide Pablo was excellent, telling us about local flora as well as building confidence with different techniques as we progressed though the canyon before the final rappel down the waterfall. Terrifying and exhilarating in equal measures with a great sense of achievement at the end!

I cannot say enough positive things about this experience! Our guide, Pablo, was one of the kindest, most positive people that I have ever met. He made us believe that we could accomplish things out of our comfort zones. He even rappelled down the last run with me. EVERYTHING about our day in the canyon was memorable. Once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Holy moly!! This is a day I will not forget!!! I have never done canyoning (or any activity involving being roped into something) and was a bit nervous about it, but wanted to do something memorable on vacation. And boy, was it!!! First off, our guide, Alex, was AMAZING. Funny, knowledgeable, and very attuned to the safety of everyone on the tour. The day starts off with about an hour hike and parts of it were strenuous (there were two very steep hills). But it was worth it! The canyoning part starts with getting into wetsuits and practicing on a tree. Alex was a very good and patient instructor. Then the scrambling, sliding, and rappelling begins! The first ones are fairly short but then the grand finale is about 80 feet!! And it was so much fun, I wish it had been higher!! This was such a once in a lifetime activity (for me at least!) that I would recommend it even if you're just a little bit interested! You won't regret it!

OMG, one of the best experience ever! My friend and I were extremely satisfied! Our canyoning guide Alex is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, patient, funny and energetic and he is on the search and rescue team for Canada! Obviously, I felt very safe. I would definitely do this canyoning excursion again (with Alex) it was so much fun.

Alex was a great guide! He was so knowledgeable, positive and helpful. It was nice to see his love for the sport. I felt safe the whole time, but at the same time we were not babied which was appreciated. This trip was a great introduction and made me want to try rappelling again :) P.S. Wear shoes that you do not mind hiking in and getting wet!

This was an exhilarating experience! Probably the coolest thing I’ve ever done. Hike up was a bit hard in spots but all of the canyon stuff on the way down was really fun.

Had such an excellent time canyoneering with our incredible guide Chris! He was fun, knowledgeable, patient and safe! We met at the trail hear, signed paperwork, and got fitted for gear. Dry bags are provided but really wouldn’t recommend packing anything extra except water. The setting was beautiful and started with a nice hike that isn’t exactly a stroll in the park but doable by all levels. After a safety brief/tutorial we got started! The water was COLD! Please note that the shoes you wear to the hike are what you’ll be canyoneering in and they will get soaked, so wear something with good grip and something you don’t mind being wet for a few days. For the photos I used my cell phone in a waterproof bag. The trip organizer communicated well but did have to change the time of our trip because of staffing. Overall would highly recommend.

This experience was really great! One to remember for sure. Our guide was Chris and he took his time with us both on the hike up to the canyon as well as through each of the rappel sites. I mever felt unsafe and his instruction was great. I originally was booked for the morning event but had to be moved to the afternoon which worked out well for me. The communication from the company was great about the movement and I had no issues getting rescheduled. All information needed was emailed over prior to the date. Would recommend and would also do this again!

I signed up to go on this trip over a month ago. On Monday, July 25, I received a phone call asking if we could switch our time from the morning to 1pm as they were short staffed and we’re having trouble getting guides. We agreed to do this. We were suppose to go on Thursday July 28. However we were also told that they did not have shuttle service as advertised and that we would have to find a way to meet them at the trailhead. We arrived early. At about 1:20 we finally got ahold of someone and they stated we were scheduled for the trip that morning. I was told they had tried to call us (I did have a missed call at 9:36), but we had been doing something else. When I explained the situation I was told, again, that they were short staffed and that they were on the trail and to call later. I requested that they call us as they seem to be very busy. I did call back again this morning, July 30, as it is our last day in town. I called the number given through Viator and was told that we were scheduled for Monday morning, that they had not heard about the change in times and that they could not talk because they were short staffed, no one was in the office, and they were currently driving. This was something we were looking forward to. I’m starting to believe it was a scam. I will be disputing the charges ( because I have already paid for it) on my credit card, because they say they are not able to help me and don’t have the time to even talk to me. If you want to do something on your trip that you can count on, don’t book with this group.

HI Patricia, We are sorry to hear to you feel frustrated about your experience. Please note thought that you did not show up to you scheduled booking for 9:00am on July 28th. You were a no show. We contacted you several days prior to the departure day explaining that we are currently short staffed and that we did not have an available guide for the afternoon of the 28th, but that we were going to schedule you for the 9:00am departure on that day. We also reminded you at that time that we do not provide pick up service or shuttles. Our guide even tried calling yon on the morning of the 28th when you did not show up to see if you were on your way or what your status was, but no one picked up when he called the provided phone number. Moving forward we strongly recommend you double check you departure times and in case of any questions or uncertainties reach out prior to the start date of your trip. With kind regards Marc Niehaus

Best trip ever - book it!

Mark was a fantastic guide! We had no idea what to expect and loved every minute of it. We were a little apprehensive going in, but Mark made us feel comfortable and by the end we were pros. (Not really, but we felt like it!) I will say to wear shoes with some grip, they will get wet and it is slippery. Also, wear a swimsuit under your clothes so you can wear that under the wetsuit. We did both after a call to Mark the day before our trip and it was great to be prepared with our clothing and show choices.

This was an awesome canyoning experience. We had gone on previous trips and this definitely held up. The guides were awesome and made sure we had fun, they even let us go around on the last repel twice because we had the time! I would definitely recommend. The only note I would say for others is that the walk in was quite steep at points, not so easy if you have trouble hiking.
