We did this trip as part of our honeymoon and it was fantastic! They give you enough time and each spot without feeling rushed or like you have to wait around for the next bus to pick up. The tour guides were wonderful! They were very nice and informative about the park. Would recommend to anyone.

A brilliant tour! The whole team was so helpful, and made it a fantastic experience. The information they gave us on the journey about the lakes and the areas around was interesting and it was very clear when and where we needed to be for each bus. They helped us all individually to plan out our day according to our interests and the weather. We went to Lake Louise gondola, Lake Louise and Moraine lake - all absolutely stunning! Highly recommend this trip

We finished our trip with James as our tour director. He made multiple suggestions on what to look for during our remaining days in Banff and Jasper National Parks. This tour is not in a fancy tour bus but it was customized for each rider, and that made it the perfect experience. We were able to see the things that mattered to us and spend the exact right amount of time at each place. We saw Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon, and got inside tips from the tour guides. The rides were prompt and easy to access. The perfect first day of our Banff trip.

On our visit to Banff and Lake Louise, we were so glad we took the Hop on Hop off Bus tour! It was the only way we could see all the sights that we did in the short time we were there. The guides were excellent, both friendly and knowledgeable and they really helped make our visit to the area special with hints to help us make the most of our time. We were able to enjoy the beautiful lakes and majestic mountains that we came for without any of the traffic or parking hassles of driving our own car. A wonderful tour and kudos to Tyler, Bob and Dom!
