Great violator experience in Barcelona

We were greeted by friendly, warm, smiles, and it completely helpful and good service. Each time were used by either. They handled our bags which were not light. They did it all with a smile and we had a good conversations with them. The violator service was just outstanding, and I have already recommended it to others.

A nice relief after travel mishaps

First our plane was late. Second, not all of our luggage arrived and we had to complete list luggage forms. I contacted the agency for our driver and new plans were made to accommodate our changed circumstances. It was good to have a driver waiting for us! That took away any concern of getting to the hotel from the airport. Our driver was courteous and friendly.

Great customer service with flight changes

After having a delayed flight and 6 hour change in arrival, I appreciated the quick response when I contacted Viator about my change and they updated my information. It took so long to get through customs when I arrived but my driver was there. I was able to find my name easily and get whisked off to my hotel, late and exhausted from travel.

We were confirmed and then canceled us while on the plane and about to arrive in Barcelona. We received a full refund, but never being to Barcelona was unsure of what our options would be to now get to our hotel. Just get a taxi, they are always available.

Our best driver of the trip! Our flight was delayed by weather but he was right there to meet us. He led us to the van, gave us water and was very informative and interesting. One person in our party had not been to Barcelona before so he answered all of her questions. We were an all female party and he gave us some valuable safety recommendations for our time in Barcelona. He was awesome!!
