We're very sorry to read this very bad, and in our opinion undeserved review. We do appreciate all honest and constructive feedback, but there are a few inconsistencies in your review that we'd like to make very clear.
First of all, it is arguable that it was difficult for you to find our contact information, since you had emails from our company from before, during, and after the tour. During your tour, you called us to let us know about the schedule of your departing cruise, and we followed-up both by email and phone to try to help you. We did the best we could, and we were certainly not disrespectful to you.
We're very sorry that you had a bad experience, but this is due to the fact that you booked a tour starting at 10:00am, and with a duration of 8-9 hours, while your cruise was leaving Barcelona at 17:00. The starting time and duration of our tours is clearly stated on our website and in those of our distribution partners, including Viator. It is also clearly stated that the tour is refundable up to 24 hours before its start, that is why we can't grant a refund having done the first half of the tour. When you informed us that you wouldn't join the second part of the tour, we even sent you the tickets for Sagrada Familia, which you confirmed to have successfully received.
Once again, we're sorry that you couldn't complete the experience due to the fact that you booked a tour that lasted longer than your stay in the city.
