The walking tour was excellent. Daria, our guide, was very knowledgeable and shared her knowledge in a great way along the walk. She was happy to answer questions and everything went smoothly. The museum was wonderful. Overall, we were very happy with this tour.

Nicolas was great! Very friendly. Worth every penny for the skip the line option. A bit too fast paced for some in our group who had difficulty keeping up though he did check on their well being.

Meeting place difficult to locate

I could not locate the guide for this tour. I asked several other guides in the area where the designated meeting place was, and they did not know the street. When I chatted with the tour operator on line, they suggested that I go to the subsequent stops to meet up with the group. I did that, but could not find them. The tour operator would not refund my money and was not able to reschedule the tour while I was in town. They offered to give me credit for another tour within three years. I visited the museum on my own the next day ...

This is a wonderful prelude to the visit of Museo Picasso. Eoghan (Owen) did a great job introducing us to Pablo Picasso's connection to the city of Barcelona (as well as some art history). He kept us engaged while walking through the old quarter and cobblestones where Picasso once ventured and traversed. Great experience and so much fun! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to enhance their experience to the museum!

Picasso Walking Tour with Daria

Daria was a wonderful and informative tour guide- she took us to many places in Old Town Barcelona that had special significance to Pablo Picasso. This extra context was perfect for a preamble to the museum! Due to the off-season (but great weather) our group was small! The hour long walking experience ends at the Picasso Museum and you have your tickets from the Viator partner without needed to wait in line! I would highly recommend this experience for the Picasso Museum and Daria as an expert tour guide!

Eoghan (pronounced Owen) was a superb tour guide. He brought to life Picasso as we know him from his childhood prodigy years through the tumultuous, yet brilliant, adulthood - as the genius evolved through his life, roaming the very same alleys he, Picasso himself, walked and lived in Barcelona. Eoghan was passionate about Picasso and made the walking tour all the more engaging and interesting!

This was an interesting tour. It took us to some of the places that were Picassos favorite spots while in Barcelona. Disappointment was that we didn’t get a chance to go into any of them. Our guide, Andres, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and energetic. At the Milo-Picasso museum we were on our own, which worked out well allowing us plenty of opportunity to view works of those two friends and artists.

Fascinating walking tour of Picasso's haunts

We met our guide a corner away from the Cathedral. Glad we came early to take pictures, because the Cathedral was not part of the tour. I would strongly recommend that the guide at least take us to that spot, give us a quick background on the cathedral before going on the Picasso tour. Call it a bonus. He was most definitely entertaining, and provided some interesting tidlobits about Picasso and where the artist went to school, hung around, etc. Along the way, we also saw some interesting buildings like the Post Office. Since we were walking in Born and Gothic, he could have added a few background as pointers for us in case we want to go back. We weren't particularly impressed with the museum --- it was so confusing. Perhap the tour could have provided a guide to walk us through so we would know here to go. Even for a mall additional fee, it wouldn have been worth it.

One hour tour before museum with lovely guide but not enough information and then when you get to museum you are on your own. Much better to have guide IN museum or listen to their recordings regarding the art. Waste of money.
