We would like to apologize for your dissatisfaction and complaints with this tour. However, we would like to clear a few false statements made in your review.
Firstly, you booked the tour just hours before the start time, and we immedeately contacted you to let you know that due to a minimum passenger amount not being met, we would have to cancel and give a full refund. The second option was to join our other group at the time who were doing the zipline and cave tubing with lunch; to which you agreed and instructed that you still wanted to proceed. You were given delicious local food and even a fresh squeezed fruit juice, and so I don't know why you would say that we did not buy you lunch.
RBA has also maintained it's trustworthiness and it's customer dependability in each tour since the creation of this business and we have the numerous highly rated reviews to prove it.
Finally, we have nothing to do with you booking another tour for $150, as this was not booked with us or any of our guides (you know this), therefore it's unfair of you to blame us for their mistakes.
