Zip line & Cave Tubing var en mycket intressant upplevelse. Det som hände efter turnén är det jag är mest missnöjd med. Vi berättade för reseguiden att vår nyårsafton var öppen och vi var intresserade av att se vrålaporna och se alligatorer. Paul, guiden, föreslog att han kunde göra detta och skulle hämta oss på vårt hotell nästa morgon klockan 10:00. Jag sa till honom att jag skulle föredra hämtning klockan 8:00 och han svarade inga problem. Han sa att det skulle kosta 300 USD. 00, och jag bad om att få använda ett kreditkort och han sa nej, 150 US$. 00 kontant insättning, som jag gav honom. Nästa morgon var vi redo och väntade klockan 8:00. Klockan nio slutade vi att vänta och gick tillbaka in på hotellet för att äta frukost och sa för hotelltjänstemannen att om han kommer så ska vi äta frukost. Han var en no show. Klockan 10:10 var vi klara med frukost och det fanns inga tecken på Paul, guiden. Hotellpersonalen sa att vi blev lurade. Var medveten om att företaget heter " PRIVATE BELIZE ADVENTURE " , telefonnummer + 5016023163 associerat med VIATOR. COM i BELIZE bör undvikas på grund av OÄRLIGHET. Jerry K.

I'm sorry for what happened. To you Also, Private Belize Adventure and Viator were not aware of the second tour you book with Paul. We didn't rip you off. Saw you put my Phone Number in the reveiw and on the day Paul didn't show up you didn't call me and also on the day of the first tour. I was at the cave tubing and zip line site we spoke you didn't say anything about a second tour you wanted to do with us. We will deal with Paul and his dishonesty. Private Belize Adventure

Jag bokade en privat zipline- och tubingtur för min man och jag. På grund av vädret och att vi måste ta ett anbud till land, vilket vi oväntat för fartyget, hann vi inte till mötesplatsen förrän efter starten av vår turné . Nu har detta hänt oss tidigare, därför bokar jag privata turer. När jag ringde företaget sa de att jag missade mötestiden, jag sa till dem att jag vet och sa att vi kom dit så fort vi kunde. Kom ihåg att det är runt 10 på morgonen. Det fanns många researrangörer som erbjöd samma turné och mycket senare tider på dagen. Men vår operatör sa att eftersom vi inte var där i tid så kunde vi inte åka. Jag kommer att ringa Viator för att få en återbetalning.

Hey You show up two hours after the tour started, but we didn't rip you off. When you book the tour, you didn't state that you were coming off a cruise ship. We try many times to call, text and email to see where we can meet you. Private Belize Adventure pick up guests from hotels, cruise ports and the airports in Belize. This was our favorite part of Belize City! The sights on the zipline were gorgeous and it was timed perfectly so that we got to go tubing afterwards when we were sweaty. The guides were very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable about their craft and we felt that we learned a lot while still being relaxed on vacation. It was overall a super friendly and professional atmosphere and if we're back in Belize we'll surely be going again. Thank you so much!

The guide did not show up and had to be called in. He was non-communicative the entire trip. Lunch was to be included and it did not happen. This trip was over $500 for four people and was very disappointing. He hurried us thru the entire visit. We do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Keith was a PHENOMENAL GUIDE! This was a completely exclusive tour- just me, my hubby, and our amazing tour guide Keith. He gave us as much special treatment as he could, trying to make our tour very personal. The entire ride to the mountain, he gave us a history and tons of details and fun facts on Belize. One of the most knowledgeable tour guides I have ever encountered. He drove us in an AC van, and it was very clean and comfortable. Once we got to the site, he knew where to go and who to speak to, and we made the trek up the mountain so that we could enter the caves. GORGEOUS and once in a life time experience! After, we went zip lining on the same mountain- I highly recommend doing both! After that, Keith had our lunch ready- it was the food being sold at the local restaurant on site at the mountain. Delicious jerk chicken! I loved this tour and if I ever visit Belize again, I will be in touch with Keith at Private Belize Tours!

This trip was so great we had to do it twice! We originally booked for our first day in Belize and our guide Keno not sure I spelled that right was super! He picked us up at the hotel and told us about the people and places and everything we past. When we reached the zipline he left us in the great care of Osmun and Milton. It was cool and sprinkling and we were the first ones out for the day and got to take our time and enjoy the scenery and visit as we enjoyed the AWESOME ziplines. After that Keno took us on a 30 minute hike thru the rain forest for our cave tubing. He told us all about the plants and trees and their medicinally uses. He was so interesting! We enjoyed the cave and floating down the river, it was beautiful! After that we had an great lunch of chicken, rice and beans and cole slaw. SO GOOD! Keno then dropped us off at the water taxi to head to Ambergris Caye for the week. We spent our last night back mainland and called Dorian to see if Keno was available to take us ziplining one more time before we headed to the airport. He had another tour for that Sunday but Dorian had Ken take us and once again it was a fantastic time and we learned so much about the land and the culture. Ken even stopped at a local place and bought us a couple of traditional desserts of the area on our way to the airport. Such amazing and friendly people! Loved this trip and will use them again next year! Thank you for taking such great care of us!
