Hello, we take reveiws very seriously and I am sorry that your experience with us was a dissapointing one.
Regarding the issues adressed I believe there was a missunderstaing on some things, I also made some mistakes that night but some of the things mentioned are exaggerate.
We waited for exactly 30 min for the late arrivals thing for which I will take full blame, the glases of wine where promised to us by the castle as beeing part of the ticket and they where cancelled because of the pandemic and the high number of people.
The ride back was never refused! You asked to leave earlier which was not possible as it was a shared group. We organised 2 departure times for the customers that wanted to leave earlier it was their choice.
As for the departure time itself it was daylight saving time that changed the hour 4am became 3am. we explained this to everyone on the bus! We left 30min before the party ended there was nobody left in the party tent when we left.
It is not our fault if the customer mistakes the daylight saving times!
Again we are sorry for the bad experience you some of the issues mentioned are not our fault!
