Jag skulle lämna fem stjärnor men det saknades kommunikationsreseföretag och viator men sa att föraren/guiden var mycket ursäktande och verkligen försökte göra vår dag speciell, vilket han lyckades med. Vår guide var mycket kunnig om historien om båda slotten. Jag tror att detta är en ny gren av det här reseföretaget som erbjuder privata turer, så det har fortfarande några barnsjukdomar. Transportkvaliteten var mycket bra, mycket rymlig och bra luftkonditionering, musik. Med tanke på en flaska vatten och chokladkaka när vi satte oss i bilen var en trevlig liten Touch.

Alex could have chosen anywhere and made it wonderful. First class guide, perfect recall and knowledge of history that he relays with humor and insight. Bram castle is more crowd than fun, but reviews warn us going in. Pele's us fantastic, and if you are very lucky there might be surprises in store..

The Dracula and Peles Castles tour we participated in was well organized. Pick up was on time and the day was over before we knew it. Our guide was well informed about both castles. We enjoyed our trip into the mountains and can recommend it to you all!

Our guide Eric was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and took care of us for the day. Having a private tour of the 2 castles meant we got to skip the line and have a personalised tour experience. One of the best experiences we had in Romania.

Thought we’d booked Dracula and peles castle tour, but paperwork said Dracula basic, so that’s what we got. Disappointed to say the least.

Dear Susan, You booked the option Dracula Castle Basic which was specially created for the tourist that don't want to spend 12 to 15 hours on a day trip, but only 8, and that wants to visit only Dracula Castle. In the option description was specified the itinerary, inclusions and exclusions, exactly as it was specified in your voucher as well. Also, we don't understand why when, our guide Horia proposed two times to visit Peles Castle as well, free of charge, you refused (this is his version :) ) We are really sorry, that indeed the product title and the way how the product options were displayed, could generate confusion. As a consequence we decided to modify this option and to include Peles Castle as well. The idea of doing max. 5 people groups, is to customize anytime the tour and to do everything for the best experience, so please ask for what you want and it can be delivered!

Great tour; long day, long lines, heavy traffic

Clearly the most sought after, heavily visited tourist destinations in Romania based on the numbers of persons at these attractions. Traffic is very heavy making the ride back to Bucharest about 4 hours the day we went. Our guide and driver did an excellent job. There were 5 of us in a van.

Very personalized tour

Our tour guide Alex is very friendly and offered to pick us up at our hotel even the tour was originally including. We had a great time and he also dropped us at the Xmas market as we wanted to go. He is not liked a commercial guide but more like a friend showing you around and telling you all the stories from local viewpoint.
