We are very sorry that you had a bad experience and were not able to experience our tour.
Honestly, we believe that we do not deserve this bad rating, we were waiting for you 15 minutes after the tour started, because we knew your situation, and we always try to take special care with our guests that visit us on cruises. We contacted you by whatsapp and you told us that you would be late getting off your cruise (not our fault), we mentioned that we would wait for you for a few more minutes, but you never answered the phone and we had to leave.
You mention in your review that we did not give you the correct address, but our address is so simple "marina cabo san Lucas Dock D" and it is repeated in all the steps of your reservation, we even sent you a map so you could get from your cruise to us, we told you on the phone that it is 17 minutes walk from the cruise pier, we also told you that you could take a water cab to the D dock.
