Great transfer to Port Dougas

Leanna was wonderful! Extremely communicative, very lovely conversationalist, efficient & safe driver & even shared historical & interesting tid bits as we drove along the tremendously beautiful seaside drive to Port Douglas! Highly recommend this transfer!

Safe and welcoming

Great service with a no problems attitude

Flight was a little late but our driver Leanne said no problems, just text her when we arrived. It then took an eternity for bags to appear, but again Leanne said no problems, she would be waiting. Took us direct to Port Douglas and also confirmed our return the following week. Excellent service, thanks Leanne & team Viator

Brian, We apologised as the original booking was cancelled by mistake and apologised on the day of travel that a vehicle had broken-down, apologies for the inconvenience and that we would have to offer you another vehicle and service !!! We offered you an alternative time (granted it wasn't within your expectations) or a full refund, but your reply was not "politely" as you stated... you bluntly wrote "Very Disappointing" and wanted a refund which we approved. Seriously is this all it takes for you to be "Very Disappointing"? life must be dramatic for you... toughen top princess! wipe those tears away or do you need a tissue ?

Cairns- Port Douglas Shuttle

Our driver Michael was great. He communicated how far away he was about 10 minutes before pick up time which was great so we were ready for him. He was friendly and courteous and professional. He certainly made it a pleasant drive from Cairns to Port Douglas. I recommend using this service. Thanks for the great service Michael.

LeeAnne was right on time and the meeting instructions were very easy to navigate. The Viator listing makes it seem like they do only one way from the airport but you can do round trips as well.

Thank you for your review in addition we thank you for your negative behaviour of which we had to endure seeing that you booked a shuttle transfer, upgrade to a private for an additional charge per your request (as you didn't want to wait around for the shuttle) and then argued with the driver that you we're not paying for an upgrade as you had a receipt showing that you had paid for a private transfer (when the viator receipt shows that you only booked and paid for a shuttle). However we thank you for your apology at the end of the transfer once we showed you all the correspondene both via Viator and sms messages that you wanted to upgrade for the additional charges. Please note the vehicle you travelled in passed department of transport COI (certificate of inspection) in August 2022 and that you may be referring to the bumpy road conditions and pot holes of which is out of our control. Unfortunately we knew that you we're going to be a problem customer when we received your correspondences expecting an earlier shuttle to coincide with your flight arrival and not per the timetable schedule which is clearly displayed in the product description and advised to you upon booking request, and that we should have declined your booking request in the first instance! However we hope that you enjoy your holiday and that you have the same bumpy experience on your return.
