Dear Value Customer,
Thank you for taking your time to share your feedback, which is very important to us. All comments are taking seriously, and we will address these issues accordingly. After launching an internal investigation, few facts we would like to share with you,
1. On your travel date, Banff area has quite a bit of snow fall. Before the snow was shoveled, usually only few parking areas are available for a Coach bus to park without getting stuck in the snow. Here in Alberta, when encountering this kind of extreme weather conditions, even 4-wheel car drivers will have to be extra cautious of where they are driving into and parking, not even mention Coach bus driver. It is very hard for coach bus to get out if it is stuck in the snow. This was also why bus driver approached tour guide about this parking issue.
2. Our tour guide introduced themselves first thing after guests were in the bus. We would like to assure you that we will ask our tour guide to follow this rule strictly.
3. About the lunch time, we believed our guide announced 1.5 hours for lunch to everyone which other guests in the car can help to prove this. Some guests were late returning to the bus about 10-15 minutes, but our guide did make sure guests spend enough time on each site.
4. About the crampon issue, our tour guide was showing it to everyone in front of the bus. During the showing time, he noticed that your group were chatting with the driver. He might have gone to the washroom after that so you could not find him, but he came back shortly and did make sure he was the last one leave that area to the canyon. We were sure he could have caught you if you were still having trouble putting the crampon on.
