Cris är en fantastisk guide som gav inblick i Cancun-regionens historia. På vårt första stopp hade vi några av de mest fantastiska Guacamole någonsin och ett mycket uppfriskande hibiskuste. Under det andra stoppet några läckra empanadas och andra delikatesser. Tredje stoppet var för några läckra bifftacos med många olika pålägg. Slutstoppet inkluderade de bästa churros jag någonsin har ätit.

Chris var en sådan älskling och så informativ. Det var bara jag och min dotter för turnén som fungerade perfekt. Vår favoritmåltid var cochinita pibil som jag tror var vårt första stopp. Vi lärde oss om frukt också. Han gav oss presenter i slutet av vår turné som var så söt; vi njöt verkligen av detta och skulle göra det igen!

We had the most amazing experience on the foodie tour with our guide Cristobal. He was so fantastic! Not only did he tailor our food stops based on our individual dietary needs, but he chose extraordinary dishes-each restaurants serving cuisine from different states of Mexico & he was so wonderful & knowledgeable in educating us about each dish, how they were prepared, region from which they came, & chefs who prepared the dishes. I really loved how animated & cheerful Cristobal was coupled with how informative, engaging, & friendly he was. The food was fantastic & I will not forget this experience. Thank you so much!

Great experience with a wonderful tour guide

I would recommend this tour to anyone! Chris is such a friendly and welcoming person with great knowledge of the area and history of the food we ate. The food was delicious from local eateries ran by families that originated from different regions in Mexico. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were so full by the end. Afterwards Chris even took us to the local doctors to help translate for my partner who ended up having an ear blocked full of sand!! We appreciated it so much and cannot thank him enough. If you find yourself in the area then this tour is a must!

The Foodie Tour was excellent! Cris was super friendly and informative. We went to places we would never find on our own. Cris hailed down a cab and negotiated a trip past the beach area prior to returning to our resort. Perfect day!

Fabulous tour! Interesting and enjoyable. Fun to get to know restaurants and street food that I wouldn’t know to try. Come with an empty stomach! There was A LOT of food!

We were a bit sceptical at first because the meeting place was the 711 next to gas station on the Highway. Once we met Chris it was all great. Within 5 minutes we were having a fabulous taste of pork cooked under ground all night with beautiful sauces and spices. Chris was a wonderful food and tour guide. The most interesting part of the tour for us was the link between the people of Mexico , their origins and the traditional cooking from different parts of Mexico who ended up here in Yucatan. The history lesson was fabulous. If we could leave Cris a 10 out of five we would! He was so fun and knowledgeable about the area, the people and the glorious food!!! Thank you Chris!

Yummy authentic few hours in La Colonia

Charming knowledgeable guide. The pace was just right. Loved the stop at the green market where we sampled a few of the more obscure tropical fruits while standing in the market and experiencing authentic Puerto Morelos life.
