Båt/besättning: Toucan Besättningen och turnén var fantastiska, lägliga och hjälpsamma. Ön var vacker och vi fick se händerna under vattnet för att snorkla

Utom deras kontroll: vinden gjorde en ganska hård båttur och vi kunde inte snorkla på grund av detta. Men inte deras fel! Inom deras kontroll: Den första platsen - badrummen var ärligt talat riktigt dålig. Inget toalettpapper, inga toalettstolar, ingen tvål, dålig spolning, etc. Maten var meh, ätbar. Pizza, spagetti, varmkorv... inte riktigt vad vi förväntade oss i Mexiko. Drinkarna på båten och vid lunch var också supersvaga. Downtown Isla: superupptagen, supertrång, massor av människor som försöker sälja saker till dig och läser dina resortarmband och ringer dig för att försöka få dig att stanna och shoppa. De flesta av personalen var snälla och vänliga. Till slutet när vår huvudreseguide försökte hålla min hand och rörde min rygg på ett olämpligt sätt medan vi väntade på vår transport. Mycket oimponerad och önskar att vi inte skulle ha slösat bort en dag av vår resa på denna utflykt.

Detta var den värsta katamaranupplevelsen jag någonsin har haft. Totalt slöseri med tid. Rekommenderar inte. Snorklade inte, tillbringade två timmar i ett område som inte hade något att göra med ingen strand, och gav bara en och en halv timme för att turnera i centrala isla mujeres eller gå till stranden. Kändes verkligen som en bluff.

Joss var vår reseperson, hon var med oss hela dagen. Mycket vänlig och gjorde resan rolig. Öppen bar, öppet hav, gratis tequilaprovning, inget kunde vara bättre! Stannade för att snorkla i cirka 30 minuter och tillbringade sedan 3 timmar på Isla Mujeres. Vi hade två födelsedagar ombord och Joss såg till att vi firade varsin?. Fotografen ombord på Naohmi var också utmärkt! Reseföretaget varnade oss för att det skulle finnas en fotograf där som försöker sälja bilder till dig, så jag var beredd på en mycket påträngande person. Naomi var inte den här typen. Hon var väldigt lättsam och inte påträngande. Min grupp på 5 tjejer sa från början att vi inte skulle köpa några bilder. Väl. . . när hon tog fram surfplattan för att visa oss bilderna kunde vi inte tacka nej. De var så bra! Hon visste hur man poserar varje individ baserat på deras kroppstyp etc. Vi kände oss alla som modeller. Ön är vacker, blåa stränder, fin sand, goda färska skaldjur vid mathyddor, souvenirbutiker, tequilaprovning, massage på stranden, fiskpedikyr. . . . Det var en fantastisk tid!

Om jag kunde ge det 0 stjärnor skulle jag göra det, eftersom jag inte fick någon erfarenhet. Betalade för resan och väntade i över en timme på att chauffören skulle hämta oss, de dök inte upp och alla meddelanden var obesvarade (e-post, WhatsApp), togs bara upp den 6:e gången som ringde och erbjöd ingen ursäkt. Sa att de skulle ge oss en återbetalning men jag bad om e-postbekräftelse och det kom inte. Undvika

Upplevelsen att besöka Islas Mujeres är stor. Vi gav denna turné ett 4-stjärnigt betyg på grund av några saker: För kort tid för att utforska ön. Vi fick 1 timme och det räcker bara inte. För långt och för långt för att komma till buffé/lunchområdet Rekommendation: Välj en buffé som ligger precis vid hamnen på ön och öka besöket på ön till minst 1 timme 30 - 2 timmar Undvik att ta gäster bort från huvudhamnen Minska hämtningstiden genom att dela upp gäster

Eftersom detta inte var min första upplevelse förväntade jag mig mer interaktion med besättningen men underhållningen tillhandahålls av de andra resenärerna, det fanns ingen variation av musik, dryckerna var på den svaga sidan. Någon drunknade nästan under snorklingsaktiviteten någon föll av båten. Det var en exceptionell besättningsmedlem men jag vet inte hans namn.

Nightmare snorkeling.

Would not recommend this excursion. Staff were friendly and welcoming, however, snorkeling was an absolute nightmare. It should be written in the description that this Catamaran doesn't provide full life jackets or flippers. We were given a belt life jacket that wraps only around your waist when we told staff we need full jackets given we're not the strongest swimmers, and staff told us that's all they had. After putting it on and getting in the water, we had to swim a really far distance to get to the reef atleast 10 of us wanted to go back on the boat and staff said NO. At this point, we were just trying to survive and not drown.

Great boat experience, horrible company experience

The boating, snorkel, and island experience was good. The boat crew was amazing and friendly. But my largest complain is for the “SAT company”. Their communication and shuttle team is horrible. The pick up time initially gave a large window of 7am-9am. I spent a week messaging them every day asking for the time with no respond. In the middle of the night before, they decided to message me that pick up time is 9:05am with such a little notice. For the shuttle back, they were initially 30 minutes late. After the driver arrived, he had us sit in the shuttle for another 30 mins. We kept telling him that we were suppose to be back an hour ago and we have dinner reservations but he kept saying 3 more minutes each time. We talked to his manger on the phone and they said they will take us home right away. The shuttle driver refused after hanging up and we stayed there even longer. We were so fed up we ordered a taxi. I reached out to the company and they stopped responding to me when I asked for the shuttle refund. We are very upset at the group managing the communication and shuttle. It was very unprofessional to ignore my refund request.

The crew was really helpful and fun. Everyone seemed to be having a blast and were friendly and helpful as well. My wife and I were the oldest on board and though we did not snorkel, we managed well. Lunch was very good. Highly recommend this tour. Our only criticism is that we had a difficult time getting answers on where and when we would be picked up.

You should completely avoid this tour. Poor communication before the trip. I selected a pick up point at check out and when you ask the time to pick up, they would avoid the question and ask you to meet at the port. After spent 120 on taxi to get to the meeting point, the tour was cancelled due to wind. There was no communication and all telling their customers not to show up. I saw another group as disappointed as we were. The company didn’t initiate a refund and I had to contacted viator for the request. On top of that, they charged $20 pp for docking fee, because the charge is on a different platform, so I had to run around to request for the refund. The company had no communication at all since the tour was cancelled and I had to run around to get my money back.

It was beautiful. Most of the excursion involved us being on the boat in the water for the most part. We didn’t get to do the snorkeling last minute because of the weather so they set up a lunch for us. Isla mujeres overall was beautiful. Beware of everyone trying to sell you everything.
